I shipped my wife's 2016 Nissan Altima with Depot and am very satisfied with the service I got. From Phily to LA it had been delivered in a week for 11 hundred. I paid a deposit after the car was picked up and later, when it was delievered I paid the remaining balance to the truck driver. Car was in a perfect condition. No scratches, no damages. Will highly recommend.

Anthony did such a wonderful job in assisting me. I called to ask for a quote, and even though it was a bit above my budget, Anthony was able to secure me a spot for my Honda on one of their trucks to pick up the next day after checking for me. Lucky to have delivery on time that was convenient for me. I'm not sure what I would have done if they had to deliver it when I couldn't get away. However, car was very dirty upon return. I believe they need to wash it before they give it to the customer since enclosed truck is much more expensive, not everyone can afford that. However, I would describe my experience as OK, since got my vehicle in on piece which was the greatest concern about shipping it.

I used Car Transport Depot twice. First shipment was on july when my parents were moving and needed to ship their two vehicles to Texas. We lived in Burbank, so the customer rep asked to bring the cars to their office ( 15 miles away our home). 2014 kia optima and 2012 honda accord. Dad worried much about the condition of their cars after shipment but since the driver seemed very reliable, i trusted them the keys of the vehicles. Vehicles were shipped to Austin without a single damage.
