Extremely satisfied with the service and courtesy shown by this company. Needed a plumber to take care of a shower issue. To my surprize, he arrived the same day and corrected the issue in no time.
Kudos to Matt who took my call. He made sure everything went smoothly. I liked the fact that he assured me that if there are any concerns to call him back immediately. Now that's customer service!

Found a perfect townhouse, in the exact location I want to be for a great price 2 hours after it was posted. Called numerous times and finally got an old lady that obvious hates her job. Was told I need to be shown the house first and then I could put in an application. I said great I’m ready now (Friday), she said they are not showing now and told me to call back Monday. I call back numerous times early Monday, when I finally get the old lady

Lied to me and ignored requests for repairs. When I would call him out on it he would say oh sorry it was a mistake, which would be ok if it happened once or twice, but neglecting possible mold for 3 months is not just an "oh oops" type of thing. Then lied and said I would be getting my refund by the following week. When I asked about it towards the end of the week he informed me that he actually didn't have it. STAY AWAY FROM HIM unless you want your whole deposit lost and to live in an unsafe home with the roof about to fall down on you in places. When i finally did get my return he said i owed

I tried to rent a rental house through this company. They promised my wife and I that we would get the house as long as we submitted the application along with the application payment and the deposit. After calling them multiple times for several day to check the application status, they finally admitted that they had already had applicants (they told us the did not) that we're getting the house. They just wanted to charge us for the application fee and have a back up tennant in case their lined up tennant didn't submit a deposit. We would have looked for a different rental instead of wasting several

I would never recommend renting from Burton Cagen. Although a couple of the ladies in the office were pleasant to deal with, the office itself billed me for repairs of damages that were there when I moved in. Damages were noted on my walk through inspection & I took pictures. I submitted these items to Burton Cagen when I requested a refund of the repair charges & he refused to answer my emails.

Burton is a horrible real estate agent! Don't ever use him! His employees lied to our faces!! They kept us waiting for a week and a half while saying there were no other applications in on a rental house we wanted. We turned in our application and showed it to them, and they said we were turning in everything they needed. Then after making us wait a full week, they said they needed more information. We asked again at that time if there were any other applications in on the house, and they said no! They made us wait 4 more days, and then told us that someone else had put their application in first

Burton Cagen ripped me off BEWARE. He called me 45 days before my lease was up and told me the owners were moving back to the state and were anxious to move back into their house. He asked me if I could move out early. I said yes as long as I get pro-rated rent. He said "not a problem".I moved out on Nov 19th - 12 days before my lease was up. It is today December 12th and I have not received my refund - and when I called him today he claims he never said he would pro rate my rent. Additionally he claims he called me repeatedly to tell me that he couldn't pro rate it after the fact. My call records
