I have placed 5 orders with them along with I get a monthly subscription box from them. Their customer service is top notch. When I made my first order I did it because I was just looking at their daily specials and noticed some 1/2 oz silver coins that looked cool. After placing the order and every order since they have called me to tell me that they received my order and that they were packaging it up to ship the order out. They would give a little history about the coins and make you feel like a true customer not just a number like some of the bigger places can make you feel like.
