It all started in 1994 when three colleagues from the banking industry, Dan Arnold, Joe Lynch and John Bonner, came to the same conclusion: Lot Development Lending is not a good fit for the regulated banking business. They had witnessed first-hand how regulatory and bureaucratic processes made it difficult for banks to deliver quick and flexible solutions to an unpredictable lot development industry.
We provide non-recourse lot financing to developers and builders that is fundamentally superior to banks and hard money lenders. Our approach is Customer focused. We provide timely responses to your request and the most streamlined closing and funding process. Most regulated financial institutions, such as banks, have a difficult time providing quick responses and delivering the flexibility needed for lot development financing.
We will request preliminary information, then produce a Letter of Intent. This LOI is specifically tailored for your project with an efficient structure, then finalized and executed by both parties. After the loan package is completed and a positive credit decision is made, an appraisal is engaged and legal documents are started.
