I have had State Farm for years, mostly because the staff has always been helpful, cheerful, professional, and charming. I have shopped prices a couple times, but with all the policies I have, I couldn't find any substantial reason to change.
Recently, I was hit by a driver who carried USAA insurance. While the driver admitted fault (I was parked), it has been very challenging working with USAA. Months into the process, I finally submitted a claim with State Farm, and now things are moving along. Thank you and your organization!

I have been with this office for over a decade now, and can honestly say they are the best! Usually when I call, it's not under the best of circumstances. Who calls their insurance agent when all is well, right? They always walk me through whatever needs to be handled and do so with wonderful positivity.
