Walked in from the parking lot with my boyfriend's quad-tip cane, which was missing one of the tips.
One of the gentlemen working there was practically ALREADY AT THE COUNTER with two packages of cane tips. He immediately set about determining which size I needed, popped a new one on, and rang me up.
It took me a moment to realize: "Oh, you saw me coming!" Laughter all around.
"Yes, there's generally only one reason why anyone carries a cane in here!"
In and out in less than two minutes. The two men and one woman behind the counter were all friendly and engaging, and I left a little sorry that

I have been with Olsons for a couple years they are always prompt with my stuff very helpful clear down to giving me new checking machines on the spot with mine were suddenly broke just genuinely a small business that cares and I thank them all for all their assistance in making this whole diabetic trip easier😄

Olson Medical did a good job getting me what I needed. They also supported me by coordinating with my doctor to help me get as much covered by insurance as possible. They really went the extra mile! Even though they are 20 minutes out of my way I still go there because I know I will get the assistance I need.
