Excellent staff and equipment availability! We had a sudden need for a wheelchair and other items - I called, and they were friendly, helpful, and had everything I needed immediately available. They are the kind of service you hope you never need, but they are my go-to place from here on out! (We're getting older - I'm sure we will be back!)

I broke my leg and rented an electric bed for my downstairs. They were extremely empathetic to my situation and super nice! They delivered the bed promptly and the delivery guys brought it in, set it up, and gave me a quick lesson. They too were extremely nice and professional. Their rates are very competitive and resonable. Thank you NW Health and Safety for making part of my recovery so easy!

Absolutely the best place to purchase any medical equipment. Honest and caring owner and staff that go out of their way to make sure your needs are completely met. I have purchased walkers, scooters, lift chairs, and wheelchairs here. I will not go anywhere else in all of Portland and Vancouver. Highly recommend!
