The hotel's location was great. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars.
That is where the greatness ends. It didn't appear the room was cleaned in awhile. The floor was dirty and extremely slippery especially when wet.
It rained every afternoon. However, where our room was located, the water was almost to our room door. We couldn't get out of our room. When we attempted to go out, we were ankle deep in dirty water. Good thing we had a high sitting SUV.
We decided to leave a day early. Thankfully, we were not charged for that night.

Stayed here 2 out of 3 times outta my 3 visits to Tybee (first time was Sky Suites). Super affordable, chill vibe, don't go expecting high-end amenities...but the nice, helpful staff and the proximity to the beach alone give it 5 stars! Trying to reach them now because we forgot to leave a tip with the staff after Father's Day Weekend. Our family loves staying at Atlantis Inn!

I liked this charming hotel and thought the man working the desk was very friendly. My husband was not thrilled at how thin and fragile the door to the room was. It seemed like it was an old building that had been modernized, but the work was cheaply done. It was close to the beach and the rate was fair for what it was. No free breakfast here.
