Went there with my 19 month old. Salesperson was patient and kind. The other sales people were so nice to my crazy toddler as he barreled through the store like a bull, and touched ALL the shoes, kissed his reflection in the mirror, and tried to wander into the stock room. More importantly I was able to walk out with two great and properly fitting pairs of shoes and the salesman gave me a 10$ off coupon even though I didn't have it (or know it existed).

Nastiest people I have ever dealt with!!! When asked if shoes came in ivory the boy gave me a nasty answer. He said if you're not sure than don't buy the shoes. When asked the return policy he said don't buy them if you don't know. We then said well we want to make sure they match the wedding dress and he said then go shop some where else and that'… s what online is for. So we proceeded to walk out and said we will not be treated with this disrespect and he said so don't and get out. What a disgrace! I will never step foot in here again. Such a shame because my family has been coming here

Went to look for shoes for my wedding. The slovenly salesman was lurking as I looked at the large amount of shoes. When I picked two pairs, he asked if I was planning to get them dyed. I said "Possibly." He immediately barked "not these ones, they're not dyeable." I reminded him I said "POSSIBLY." He said "oh, I didn't hear that." He hobbled away to get my shoes. When he returned, he hovered over me as I was trying them on. I felt so uncomfortable, I just left. Never going back.
