As a little kid, my dream was to become a chef and open an authentic italian restaurant here in the USA. I spent so many years working hard and hoping that one day my dream will become true. Throughout the years my wife and my daughter have been my biggest support, in fact Manalu'was created to combine all three of our names : MA for Marco, NA for Naomi, LU for Lucia.
Our goal is to bring a taste of Italy and a touch of Naples in the town, by serving authentic italian food and the original Pizza Napoletana cooked in our brick oven. The traditional italian cooking in a true and warm family atmosphere.

My wife and I LOVE this place! It our favorite and "go to" Italian restaurant.
The food choices are many. The quality of each dish we have had is consistent and superb. And the bread is to die for!
And Marco, the owner, is both personable and appreciative of your patronage. We consider him not only an excellent chef but also a friend.

Phenomenal dinner!! This (photo below) was the chicken piccata I ordered. - cooked to perfection and the mushrooms, capers and sauce was wonderful (normally would have taken a photo of it before i had tried it but it looked so good I couldn't wait - next time!). Service was excellent - we were seated as soon as we entered and Marcello, our server was very attentive just an all around great nice guy. Wish I had saved room for dessert because the menu was spectacular - everything you would hope would be served at a top-notch Italian restaurant was listed. I first experienced this restaurant about 3 years ago. My wife and I came across it while traveling through and decided to stop. We were so happy we did! The food was exceptional and the service was equally matched. The owner made rounds to the tables after being in the kitchen cooking, and he had the best attitude and enthusiasm for his food.
The experience left such a lasting impression, that 3 years later while in town, I recently brought my mother to try his food.
