The order came quickly but, for me, was I edible. Greasy. Egg rolls lacked meat and were largely hollow. All entrees ordered had very little meat and were syrupy sweet.. General Tsao was syrupy sweet with waaaay too much batter and didn't look like chicken meat.

This place is awesome, the food is really great and the owners are super nice. I've never ordered anything there that I haven't liked.

Me and my fiancé love China Sea! Food is really good, and Staff is super friendly, Jessie is super accommodating!

Their food is delicious!! My orders are always made in a timely manner and overall they provide good service.

We live in the neighborhood and we really really enjoy to have this restaurant close to home, great food great prices, and the best part excellent service all the time, thank you China Sea, highly recommended.

I ate here about 5 years ago and had wonderful, authentic crispy beef. I went back yesterday and ordered that dish and Hunan beef. Both were big disappointments. Crispy beef should be shreds of beef and julienned carrots and celery in a sweet-hot sauce. This was big chunks of beef with sauce cooked onto them like batter, hard and beyond crunchy. There were a few shreds of carrot, but mostly broccoli and a few other veggies that don't belong. Hunan beef was worse. The sliced beef was juicy and tender. But the dish was 90% vegetables that have no business being in a Hunan style dish. Huge chunks

Never been to this restaurant before and I ordered Szechuan chicken which is chicken that is supposed to be spicy with Chinese vegetables. Well, for one it was not spicy at all and disappointing. Number two it had lots of vegetables but the taste of the vegetables was very bland as though they were old. Number 3 the entire dish had a slightly odd metallic flavor which was noticeable throughout the dish. I don't know what it was, perhaps an odd spice that I've never had before; however I've eaten Szechuan chicken literally hundreds of times at many different Chinese restaurants and it never tasted

I love this restaurant! Great food, excellent customer service. I order from here every week and the food is always great. I love the streamed dumplings and General Tso chicken. I really appreciate how hard they work to provide fresh ingredients.

Do not get food here! 1. The lady owner is not friendly. She was full time annoyed when I was placing my order. She was irritrated when she told me there is a difference in chow mein and chow mein fun noodles. Her ugly attitude continued during the entire time placing my order. This is a very good indication that this is how she regularly treats customers. No way yushould treat customers with bad attitude. You know she is saying bad when she speaks in no English. Lesson, don't buy and leave. 2nd. After leaving with a bad experience, I checked my receipt and found that she overcharged. The

This place is awesome with some reserve in review. First time here. Ordered lunch specials. General Tso's chicken and chicken and string beans. Both dishes good solid fare. Come with egg rolls and fried rice. Rice was good, egg rolls were...terrible. More like a spring roll but the filling was runny and soft. Not our cup of tea, ended up tossing and my husband doesn't toss anything. That being said with two solid meals under our belt we will be back.

Ordered from here for the 1st time. The chicken and string beans had no flavor and the string beans were undercooked also very little chicken. I called for delivery and was told they only use uber eats or door dash. Will not be ordering again.

Awesome service ordered through Grubhub and the driver messed up! Someone from the restaurant actually called to make sure we had dinner! Unfortunately we didn't get to try the food but we will definitely do carry out in the near future!

This food was terrible. Both dishes (curry chicken & beef chow mein) had no flavor. The fried rice was very brown and also tasteless. It was $2 more but didn't have anything extra in it - just rice. Wonton tasted like it came out of the frozen food section of the grocery store and heated up in a microwave.

This is probably the worst food ever. It's super greasy, tasteless and underwhelming to say the least. The fried chicken wings and fried egg rolls are always over cooked or burnt. Make sure to check your bag before you leave, I almost always am missing something. The inside of the restaurant is not inviting to sit and eat, even before Covid started. I have since found a much better place not far from my house.

Ordered the Pad Thai and fried wonton. The wonton were decent, but the Pad Thai lacked any sort of seasoning and sauce. It was a bland mixture of boiled chicken and cooked noodles. Devoid of any flavor.

Very disappointed, and this will likely be my first and last experience.

They're beef and broccoli is amazing, and their crab Rangoon. The soup is wonderful, and they're really nice and kind people. In my opinion it is better than our usual place I get Chinese food from. You will not be disappointed

Bland and expensive food. Do not eat here. $4.99 for 3 small spring rolls that tasted like mushy garbage

Food was lackluster at best. The flavor was just average. I ordered Thai style Basil Fried Rice and there was no basil in it whatsoever. It was basically just their regular Chinese style fried rice. I was very disappointed. They shouldn't advertise Thai food if they aren't making Thai food. The rangoons were tough to eat. Crispy beef was not edible.

The quality of the food was terrible. The general tso and orange chicken was way too sweet. The chicken pieces were very small, looked like scraps. Ordered Szechuan beef and it barely had any beef it was mostly cabbage. Vegetable Lo main barely had any vegetables in it.

I normally order from Modern Asia because they have the best Chinese food in town, but they were closed because of Covid-19. I will not go back to a China Sea every again. Save your money and go to a better Chinese carry out.

I really love the folks at China Sea. They are always so friendly including the delivery person. I have been trying out different dishes and must say the quality is always the highest.

Soooo good! Best chinese food in Frederick. The combination fried rice, pork egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken are soooo good!

Okay... The reviews here werent too bad.. Figured we'd check it out since we live around the corner now..

We ordered online through here.. Chicken curry and pork lo mein.. Both came with fried rice... The chicken curry was OKAY.. but there were more veggies rather thsn chicken not that i mind more veggies but a TON on onions and peppers. a LOAD of water chestnuts (i LOATHE water chestnuts) I picked most of them out but every bite I got of it was cringey.. My other half had to massively season his lo mein before it had any decent flavor.. Then .. What do you know ? ...towards the bottom of

I've lived nearby for 25 years. Never visited. Have heard people speak highly of China Sea, over the years. Finally, one night, I sampled a taste of the Dreamy Noodles. Done, done, and done.
Like the others say, hot when delivered, consistent, and did I mention? Extremely great tasting, well-cooked, Chinese food. Very high on the Yum-Yum Meter.
