Lacy grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated from East Carolina University with a MS in Sports Management and a BA in Business Administration. She now resides in Holly Springs with her husband and two children. Lacy enjoys playing sports and being outdoors. Her positive attitude and attention to detail makes her a wonderful addition to our TEAM!

Dr. Molina is a native of the small eastern NC town of Aurora. She's one of those individuals who list her childhood pediatric dentist as one of the most influential people in her life. After graduating with her BS in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and prior to starting dental school, she worked with Dr. Elliott for 14 months as an intern.
On the first Friday in February, the nation's dentists will provide free oral health care services to low-income children across the country. In addition to helping children in need, Give Kids A Smile! highlights for policymakers the ongoing challenges that disadvantaged children face in accessing dental care.
We started this award shortly after Dr. Elliott opened his practice in 1998. Many future colleagues have appreciated the uniqueness of this award and how it has helped to prepare them for their career in Pediatric Dentistry. The recipient of this award will receive a plaque and monetary award to assist them in the pursuit of their specialized education in this field.
Our mission is to provide specialized and comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents in a friendly, safe, and state-of-the-art environment with a focus on prevention and education for the families. Dr. Elliott, Dr. Molina, and our TEAM are here to positively change this generation's view of going to the dentist, one child at a time.

I cannot tell you how many times over the past years I've had people ask me why I take my kids "all the way from Wakefield to Cary." I tell them because Drs. Elliott and Molina are a perfect match.

Dr Molina, Dr Elliot & all the staff are awesome! My 4 year old had a crown and a tooth extracted with spacer and they did awesome with him. I was nervous I wouldn’t get him back to the dentist for the 2nd appt (extraction) but he never said a word about not going. He loves his movie times, pop it’s to keep him busy & his prizes.

We had the most amazing experience with Dr Elliott and Kelly. My son felt right at home in the waiting room. Each chair in the back has its own TV. My son watched Paw Patrol and felt very comfortable with the team looking in his mouth. It was a great first experience at the dentist!! Looking forward to many more years hanging out with Dr Elliott and crew!!

Fully expected a toddler melt down throughout the entire visit, but when we arrived, the waiting room was wonderfully decorated so it felt more like a play space than a dentist office!
Even when we went back to the exam area, they allowed my son to explore the area and feel like he was in a safe and fun environment. When I tell your I have the MOST headstrong toddler, I mean it. He will not do anything he doesn’t want to do so I was SWEATING this visit.
But, he honestly could not have done better and it’s a massive credit to their staff - for entertaining him, letting him be a part of the

When searching for a dentist for your child you want to make sure it is someone who makes your child feel comfortable. Having an autistic child with oral sensory issues only amplifies those feelings. You want to make sure that this person will be patient and understanding of the special needs that child has. I couldn’t be happier that we found Cary Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Elliott. Dr. Elliot and our hygienist Kelly went above and beyond for my 4 year old daughter. This practice is the absolute best! Everyone is always so nice and they make the kids feel so at ease. The waiting room is fun and exciting for kids! Dr. Elliot and Dr. Molina are so thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I have had several direct conversations with each of them and they always make sure I know all the pros and cons of options I need to decide upon and they always answer all of my questions. On top of all of that, I love that they explain things they are doing and help me understand procedures as they are occuring. I trust them wholeheartedly!

The whole staff at CPD truly care about us and the care of our daughter’s dental health. They are gentle, professional, and thorough. Ensuring the kids have positive experiences and know what happens during cleanings is essential to each employee, from the dentists to the front staff. They’re helpful and kind. We can’t recommend them enough!

Dr Molina and her entire staff are amazing. Genuinely warm and inviting. My daughter was very comfortable with the dental work needed. Dr Molina was right on point with everything needed. Treatments to her anesthesia and procedures. I couldn’t have asked for a better pediatric dentist or office. They went out of there way to answer all questions and help call insurance companies and so on! Definitely the best I wouldn’t take my children to anyone else. Thank you all so much.

My daughter is 14 and we’ve been coming here since she was 18 months and had a fall/tooth Issue. This place is AMAZING! The nicest, kindest, knowledgeable dentists, hygienists and staff. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of children and making them comfortable. We live 45 mins away but I will drive there for as long as they’ll see her! Highly recommend! :)
