Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a widely researched treatment that helps people heal from problems such as PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), anxiety, panic attacks, depression, phobias, grief associated with break-ups/divorce, death, physical injury, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, addictions and more.
WholeTherapy offers a free phone consultation with a therapist so we can briefly address if our services might be a good fit for you. Because we believe that establishing a good working relationship is so important to successful therapeutic outcomes, we encourage new clients to come in for an in-person 30 minute consultation with a therapist so that you can get a better feel of that therapist and their treatment style.

Most of us experience times in our life where we feel down, sad or lonely. When a person is suffering from depression, these feelings persist and cause a great amount of pain and disruption to normal life. Anxiety is very common and is a normal emotional response to daily life events. Anxiety can become a problem when it effects your functioning.

I have no idea how good of a therapist Coral is, but I do know that my fiance won't be seeing her.
We scheduled a consultation with her nearly a month ago, very excited to have found a therapist who specialized in the areas my fiance needed help with. After dealing with the anxiety of preparing to start with a new therapist, she was able to mentally prepare herself, and we were both very excited.
That consultation was supposed to be today. However, this morning we received an email cancelling the appointment, and telling us that we'd have to wait another full month.

The best decision I ever made in my life. Thank you for showing me how powerful I am, and was all along. Coral is truly skilled at what she does. She's compassionate, intuitive and really makes you feel seen and heard. She created a safe space for me to open up and work through everything from deep trauma to daily frustrations. I highly recommend her and can't thank her enough for helping me get to where I am now. Just like anything, with therapy, you get what you put into it.

Honestly being connected with this therapist has been one of the best decisions in my life. I was extremely skeptical of going to a therapist. Finding one online was always a weird concept to me. So when i set up a phone conversation and talked for 30 minutes, it helped clear all the doubts I had. I have done over 10+ sessions and each one is better than the last. She has helped me get to a healing point with all my childhoods incidents!

What can I say Coral is a dream to work with. The space she creates is comforting, warm, as well as safe. Coral has a great deal of respect for her clients. She is patient, compassionate, caring, understanding of ones feelings, has suggestive solutions, and a real person you can talk to with open non judgmental ears, that you can trust that she has the best intentions for you and your therapeutic experience. She cares deeply for her clients and it shows. She is creative, well educated, and has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to therapy, counseling, and moving forward with your life. Thank

As I told Coral herself, I can't put into words how thankful I am I found her, I couldn't have grown the way I did without her expert and insightful guidance. She's very compassionate, and her friendly personality created a safe space where I could be vulnerable and work through some of my deepest emotional trauma's. She is very passionate about the work she does and it shine's through. Simply put, she is brilliant, and you should definitely schedule an appointment. She'll help you change your life for the better!

I'm giving this place 1 star because it doesn't let you give negative numbers.
To be honest I can't give a real review because I never got to see the therapist. We had an appointment at 11, I showed up 10 minutes early. It was 10 after when I started getting concerned. I decided to walk out at 11:20 if she didn't come and greet me in the lobby. I checked the address and all the instructions she emailed me 20x and made sure I was in the right place. In fact I was. I decided that she was stuck with another patient and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I'm still in the lobby

If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make you recover, Coral is the person for you. Coral is adept at seeing the whole person versus honing in on only one particular problem. She is highly intelligent, compassionate, and patient. Her ability to make you feel safe, seen, and heard is uncanny. I would suggest Coral to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat.
