Welcome to live & love well, the virtual home for my Telehealth practice, specializing in adult wellness and relationships. I help people live their best life by improving their relationships and finding realistic and achievable solutions for life's challenges. I live with the philosophy that today is the only certainty.

Living in the present forces us to look at what we cherish, what we fear, and how our actions and behaviors affect not only our own life, but the lives of those around us. You have the power to positively transform yourself and your relationships. We will focus on your strengths, create realistic solutions, and identify attainable goals.
Services
Living well and loving well go hand in hand. The cliche is said for a reason: you cannot truly love another without first loving yourself. Even if you're not there yet, I see the best version of you. I hold that version of you in my heart and integrate it into my treatment process until you're eventually seeing that version too.
My journey to psychology began in the business world. I graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and worked as a strategic change management consultant in Chicago. This opportunity was invaluable, but life was calling me elsewhere. I transitioned into the non-profit world, and was tasked with helping political asylees and refugees find their first employment in the United States.
Goodness-of-fit is key to meaningful and successful therapy outcomes. I offer each potential client a free, fifteen-minute phone consultation to explore our initial connection. We will use this time for you to ask questions about how I work, the therapy process, fees and insurance, scheduling, and just see how our energy feels initially.
Asking another person for help takes courage. Opening up your heart, your experience, and your vulnerabilities to a person you don't know can feel incredibly daunting. I offer a free, fifteen-minute phone consultation to determine if we're a good initial fit. We'll identify what you're looking to attend to and how you want to transform your life for the better.
Life is beautiful, messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable. Our work will help you understand your incredible strengths. We will also determine the areas that need attention and adjustment in order for you to live your best life. Often times, the healing and lightness comes from simply recognizing your humanity.

I have known Dr. Rae for years both professionally and personally. We case consult with each other on a regular basis and her insights and recommendations are beyond skillful. She is gentle but firm at the same time and holds her patients accountable so that they make substantial progress. I know this because we have shared clients so I hear directly from the patients she sees. I trust her implicitly. If you need a therapist who will change your life for the better, look no further. Dr. Rae is a game changer.

I was in desperate need of someone to talk to after a traumatic family vacation and a friend of a friend recommended I reach out to Dr. Simon. She was able to squeeze me in last minute and was super patient with my crazy schedule and tried her best to accommodate me any way she could. Her office location is super convenient in central Denver (Cherry Creek) and has a warm and welcoming vibe. Dr. Simon was caring, compassionate and empathetic. I felt like she was really focused on my needs and she not just listened but really heard me. She gave me invaluable advice and was able to help me immensely
