Jennifer has taken care of our Tropical Travels for 3 years now. She arranged the most beautiful wedding for us in Jamaica and most recently we traveled to the Dominican. Jennifer & Rachel were amazing to work with! Jennifer & team is VERY responsive and answered all of my questions (i had a lot of them!). Jennifer also helped when we had to push our honeymoon due to covid. I loved working with tropical travelers so much, we also booked a family vacation through them! I booked my birthday trip with the tropical travelers and Jennifer gave me everything i was looking for within the budget i had set. Although there was some hiccups and bumps with the hotel ( Hilton Playa del carmen) Jennifer quickly jumped in to fix the issues. I booked another trip with them already in a few months. I Highly recommend Utilizing their services if your a first time trip planner, just dont want to do it or if you need security in your purchase. Plussssss Our bookings are at all inclusive places for a great price.. you cant beat that.

The Tropical Travelers made our dream vacation come true! We had a very specific type of vacation for our family and the agents were quick in providing us with recommendation and best price possible. Jennifer booked my first post-pandemic travel. She listened to what we were looking for and recommended a few great options. It was hard to decide. We chose Punta Cana-Hyatt Ziva. Jennifer was very familiar with the specific resort and the area. It was beautiful and exactly what I needed after the 15 months. Jennifer and her team were very responsive to my many questions. Tropical Travelers kept us informed of travel requirements and hotel restrictions. I would highly recommend their service and can’t wait to book our net trip with them!
