I have been with State Farm for a while and recently moved to Arizona. I transferred my policies to Rebeca Steele’s office and could not have been happier about it!
Nick Avalos, from her office, reached out immediately and made it the easiest transition while adding on savings I didn’t realize I could get.
We had a very hectic move and had to change several things last minute. Nick immediately responded and took care of everything we needed with ease. Hands down best customer service I could have asked for.

Rebecca gave me an unbeatable deal on full coverage with roadside assistance and glass coverage on my pride and joy, a 2003 Honda S2000. I try to send as many people as possible her way bc she is just so personable with her clients and that is something I appreciate as a customer. I accidentally locked my keys in the car and her office staff got a locksmith to me right away when I called them bc I was having trouble getting through to roadside assistance. She is in my opinion the best in the business. She takes care of her clients and is active in the community. Can't say enough good things about

My auto insurance is very high. Then my son purchased a new car and it went up astronomically. I asked around for insurance companies, and someone gave Rebeca my contact info. She called right away and was so sweet and empathetic. In addition, I am very OCD/organized.. and she was extremely diligent and so efficient which is very important to me. Of course we needed to exchange a few phone calls and again, Rebeca was on point and back with a return phone call immediately. She makes you feel that you are her only client, as busy as she is. First time insurance buyer - I’m 23. My first property away from my parents, IE handling EVERYTHING alone. Nick spent half an hour just explaining how all the insurance policies work and picking what was best for me.
