In today's busy world, people are spending an average of 7.7 hours a day sitting at computers.

Pilates is a gentle, non-aerobic exercise method, which lengthens and strengthens the muscles, and improves posture, without stressing the joints or the heart. I am amazed at how my daily life is positively impacted! Since working with Christina, I feel better and am using my body more efficiently. This is kind of abstract, but when you're comfortable and a with a knowledgeable guide, you can imagine and do way more than you ever thought! Break out of painful habits and get to know your body again!
