I'm very happy with the service and experience. I was never on the cheerleading squad in high school, but I am his biggest fan! Contact was initially made after 8:00 pm on a Friday night.

This company is a life saver! My hot water heater started flooding on Friday. It’s a week before Christmas. Doug came out that day and assessed my problem. I knew it was time to replace it since it’s 19 years old. Dave came out Saturday morning at 9am and installed the new one. He was right on time and did a fantastic job! I don’t normally write reviews but felt I wanted to this time because of the great service I received from Doug the owner and Justin the technician. I had to replace my old hot water heater after I discovered it was leaking and stopped working. I called up Doug very late in the day and he took the time to look at photos of my current water heater and noticed that my old water heater was placed in a very tight alcove that would make removal and installation more difficult. Doug answered my call himself, and was able to offer likely scenarios and costs related to my broken water heater. He came out, made the old one work, and talked with the manufacturer of my old water heater. I opted to go ahead and replace this 17 year old heater. David Durham then came out and removed my old water heater, installed a new one, and made several important changes to my piping and support to the water heater that increased the safety, support, and efficiency of my new water heater! Both Doug and David were very responsive to make sure I was taken care of when my water heater had a leak while I was out of town. Doug was in the middle of traveling and still returned my message and David took time out of his Thanksgiving day to make the fix. This is hands down the best business we have ever dealt with! We were able to get a quick quote on our leaking, non operating water heater over the weekend.
