Sid Baysinger is the founder of Water Heater Pros. Sid first started working in his fathers' plumbing business when he was only 12 years old. He started working in the summer months as a plumbers helper. Sid soon became a journeyman plumber and in 1979 he took the plumbing contractors license exam, passed and started his own plumbing business.
During this time Sid was exposed to many residential and commercial water heaters, from simple home hot water heater repairs to commercial boiler systems. In 1989 Sid moved his business to Sacramento and started Capital Plumbing. Sid grew this business to four locations in Sacramento, Concord and San Diego in California and Phoenix, Arizona.

Water Heater Pros did an excellent job of explaining different options for replacing my old water heater that was leaking. Valentin did the installation. He was on time, communicated with me at a high level, and installation quality is excellent. I definitely recommend Water Heater Pros.

I had a great experience initially with WH Pros. The woman who took the job was polite and the installers were prompt and professional. A year later I have issues with a water leak under the slab that may or may not be associated with (my old) circulation pump that was installed as part of the water heater installation. I called to explain my predicament and gain some guidance. The individual who returned my call dropped me in the middle of the conversation "I have to let you go." I needed to replace our water heater. After researching number of companies I decided to call Water Heater Pros based on excellent reviews. My experience is also same as everybody else who dealt wit this company. I initially talked to Ed who provided me with in depth information, emailed within minutes 3 estimates, did not try to sell me expensive and unnecessary upgrades and gave me several tips how to maintain the tank to extend its usable life. If you are like me your water heater just took a dump on you. Mine was 20 years old and I was not surprised, however I did not plan for it. If you're looking to save a buck, and have the time, you can probably get water heater replaced for few hundred bucks less. But, if you are looking to get one replaced fast, at a fair price, with quality service, Water Heater Pros is the way to go.

Bought a truck from the owner of Water Heater Pros back in September. Sidney, the owner, did not give us the proper documentation to get the truck registered in my name. We are coming up on 3 months now of countless phone calls and text messages from various different phone numbers with no response. Hopefully this will get his attention. The $17,500.00 check has been deposited and cleared for months now.

Needed my water heater replaced so I called a few companies and I liked how Water Heater Pros gave me an estimate and options/pricing. Valentin arrived and asked a few questions about what was going on with my water heater. I explained that the tank was leaking and that we were ready to have it replaced, its over 15 years old. In about 2 hours Valentin was able to take out the old tank and replace with a new water heater. My waterheater went out on a Friday, and we discovered it Friday night! I left a message with their 24 hour service that night, and then called again the next morning/Saturday, when I hadn't heard back by 9am. Steve, a lead tech, called me within 15 minutes of that and was out at my place within 90 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and walked me through the probable repair costs vs replacement. We had a hot water heater that was 15 years old and due for replacement. We were also ready to install rooftop solar at the same time. As we would be making some of our own power we opted for a modern electric heat pump hot water heater. When checking water heater installers on Yelp Water Heater Pros stood out with their score of 5 stars and they seemed like the people to go with. I'm glad we did.

Called Water Heater Pros this morning. They were out by the afternoon. Great communication with the office and our technician Valentin. Both called to let me know when they would be a the house and Valentin was on time. Valentin's work was excellent. He was very professional and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Great customer service and excellent communication. We had our old gas tank water heater replaced with a gas tankless water heater. Steve was knowledgeable and professional and explained every step and option to me. The install staff was professional, called ahead, and cleaned up ok when they were finished. Great company! Ed was very informative and friendly when I called. Steve met me at the job site and patiently explained my options. Brad installed the hybrid system (electric heat pump water heater) and familiarized me with the system.

They replaced the water heater and all the parts attached to it that was not functional or old. I had hot water 20 mins after they were done! It was great professional service from my Tech Matt! Pat and Mat were awesome!! My water heater went out on Sunday and Pat was here the next morning helping me find out the problem. He was very informative and laid out all the options I had regarding the fix or replace. I chose to replace due to out of warranty. Mat and Pat came to install for me and they walked me through everything that I needed to know as a first time homeowner of a new hybrid water heater. They deserve more than 5 stars. My water heater went out & of course I needed a new one. I called several places for a quote. I call Bonney Plumbing & they sent out a tech to check out the old one & to price out the job. The techs showed up & gave me a price of $3100 & some change for a 50 gal. gas tank & labor. First off that was way too much money & they didn't even have a tank with them after the lady I spoke to on the phone the day before said they would have a tank with them for the job if we decide to have it done. Bonney is way over priced, they charge over just $200 to change the supply

Our 40 gal gas water heater was 18 years old and time for a replacement. We decided to replace our water and I called Steve and got an estimate the very next day. I later called Steve and our new water heater was installed the next day! Shaun & Patrick arrived and explained the installation process. They were a great team. They were very professional, knowledgeable and installed our new water heater into a very tight space requiring some gas pipe adjustments.
