The thought of death is something that most people don't welcome. All too often, people put off estate planning until it is too late, sometimes leading to unfortunate results. I try to make this process as easy as possible for my clients. I meet with clients to understand their concerns, including any problem areas with their heirs, and work out an estate plan that best meets their needs.
If you have been injured in an accident, it is important to contact an attorney as soon as possible. Photographs should be taken, evidence preserved and witnesses identified and interviewed. By waiting too long, evidence vanishes, witnesses move and memories change. Moreover, if you are injured in a car accident you should contact an attorney to make sure that you receive the benefits you are entitled to.
During my 18 years on the Somerville Board of Aldermen, I have been intimately involved in the drafting and evaluation of a number of proposed zoning ordinances for the City. I have also made numerous appearances before the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board discussing whether proposed development projects complied with the Somerville Zoning Ordinance.
