Simply put, if you own a home, have children, or have no one to legally help you if you become disabled, you need a living trust. Abstract of trust (also known as trust certificate, which is a miniature copy of the trust). Call to set up an appointment in the comfort of your home, or via Zoom, Skype, or teleconference.
Think of a living trust as being like a safe or your own Fort Knox that houses your personal assets. In that trust or "safe" are instructions that state exactly who is to distribute and receive your assets. The assets move privately and quickly to named heirs on your passing without the involvement of probate court.
Staying with the analogy made above regarding the two fruit bowls; the one on your left has one piece of fruit. However, the fruit-bowl on your right is full of fruit, and this represents a living trust. A trust performs several functions. While you are alive, it states who you want to make financial and medical decisions in the event you are incapacitated.
Many seem to think a last will and testament avoids probate. This is FALSE. If you have a will, your estate is automatically headed for probate court and your estate could be tied up for years, and it could end up costing your estate thousands. Joint ownership of assets with a spouse avoids probate.

I had my Living Trust prepared by Michael Crupi. It was a great experience working with him. He answered all my questions in terms I could understand. He came to my house twice and went over what I needed to do. I made changes after my Trust was completed and he accomplished the changes with no problem at all. I highly recommend him. Mike also has a very nice personality, highly educated and very professional. Very easy to talk to.

Although our estate is small, creating a family trust was something we needed to protect all that we had worked for and yet we kept putting it off because we didn't know where to begin. A living trust is simply an aspect of life; Mike is well spoken and educated. He took me by the hand and walked me through the entire process. There's no hard or up selling, his agenda is your best interest. He knows exactly what he's doing without any if and's or butt's. I shopped the low cost and tried the do it yourself approach which also included a few attorneys.
