Currently paying for an apartment with no heat. Maintenance has been out 5 times and each time they say it's fixed. Maintenance emergency line is a joke. My bathroom ceiling caved in from leaking water upstairs. I called emergency maintenance at 4:45 am a d they came at 10:00 am. I went 1 week with my bathroom destroyed.

Previously left a great review but now Would not recommend Been here a year and a month or so now rent is high as hell and the apartments are completely outdated even their so called “updated units” are out of date. Can’t even control your own heat. The toilets are from the 1900’s can’t wash walls because of the cheap paint that’s being used! Everything is just OLD. The outside and the pool is wonderful though.

I can’t wait to move I been here for about 2 years my car was stolen nothing was done about it. Couple more people I know cars was stolen at these apartments still nothing was done. Maintenance take forever to come when I said forever I mean forever lol come when they ready. Last time it took them 2 weeks to come…. My neighbors be loud as hell I called nothing happens.

THERE IS NEVER ANYWHERE TO PARK! Too many handicap spaces. They want you to pay an extra $25 a month to park under a port but when contractors come and work on things “the roof”, they take all the spots leaving you with nowhere to park. Both of the dumpster trash cans are blocking spots in the parking lot. They’re not even inside the area where they are supposed to be. They went up on prices charging more for laundry. When they come and do “quarterly” visits all they do is walk around and check smoke detectors. They won’t even do renovations inside the apartment. I put a maintenance

Lived here for a year and had THE worst experience. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. There was mold in the bathroom and maintenance took forever to fix things no matter how many times you call. People would smoke in their apartments and it would reek from it in yours. The office staff is very rude and inconsiderate but also really hard to get a hold of. It’s a nice neighborhood but not a good place to live for the money they charge. If you can find something better please do!

Apartment flooded 3 time in last month and a half they know windows needs to be replaced as it was told to them by a window contractor. Now it just flooded tonight and for the 2 nd time EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE is refusing to come out and fix my flooding issues. Now I have damages thinking about taking them to court soon. Terrible place to live! Maintenance orders take forever to be fulfilled. When I moved in the tub was dirty and needed to be reglazed. They took forever to come do it and when they did I had to leave my house for a whole day so they could do that at 8 months pregnant. They also have a horrible management team that can’t communicate and doesn’t keep… agreements. I’ve called 5+ times to speak to a property manager about my current issues over the last week and no one has gotten back to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person. I’m a 2nd year medical student with great credit, leasing history, and a clean background. What should’ve been an easy rental agreement was made unnecessarily difficult by the leasing office. I’ll start off by saying that this apartment complex has some of the most disrespectful staff that you could possibly deal with. Whenever trying to sign a lease they give you a very short window that you are NOT told up front about to finish the leasing process otherwise they collect your application fee and on top of that never notify you of whether your application is accepted or declined. A good gentleman by the name of Chris helped me back in December. When I was moving to the state for a new apartment. Even knowing I didn’t get one with this community. I enjoyed every minute of our meeting because he was helpful & mindful of what I was looking for.

This apartment is the worst. The people in the office don’t care about the people living in their apartments. They don’t care about helping you when it comes to fixing items in your household. Terrible exp. living here. I’ve had cockroaches no heat for half the winter last year and this year no hot water 9 times in the last 45 days they never “fix” anything. I’ve had pets ingest drugs in the hallway I’ve had neighbors upstairs trying to shoot each other and nothing ever happens. But don’t park in a car port without paying or you’ll have a letter the next morning... they need to prioritize and value residents more.

It is the coldest day of the year and my heat has been broken for going on 14 hours. My apartment is currently 40 degrees and they have done nothing. I have reached out many times and they are not friendly or apologetic about this situation and they can not give me a straight answer to when they will fix it. My roommate had to evacuate and drive 65 minutes to our home because our apartment is unlivable. Absolutely ridiculous- and would never recommend this place to anyone.
