Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at Koshlands. We have been recommended to John at Professional Village Pharmacy for my womens health compounding Rx and we could not be happier.
Not only is my every 8 week lab test now stable but the quality in service and product is exponentially more elevated. Not only do I feel Amazing but also with consistent lab work I now only need x2 per year lab tests!
My Womens Health Practitioner is Thrilled as am I. We were recommended to John at Professional Village by a fellow Koshlands customer who also switched.

I have never had an issue with Koshland Pharm. They do an amazing job of filling my dog's prescription. Furthermore, they've always been super responsive to my queries, answering with kindness and professionalism. They're always really nice when I pick up, and prompt in filling prescriptions. Most recently we were back in SF visiting, we ran out of medication. And Koshland came through with an emergency vacation medication fill.

I am a new client of Koshland Pharmacy, so I was excited to use them as I am a half a block away from there location. My initial experience was very cordial when dealing with front counter staff, the pharmacist who handled my prescription was informative and the best part was the cost. I saved $ 65.00 right off with no shipping costs and an additional $ 135.00 when ordering a two month supply of my prescription.

My NP recommended Koshland when I shared concerns that my current medication didn’t offer a generic and would cost me $750. Koshland was able to compound a generic that cost 1/6th the price, and provided excellent customer service, proactive shipping notifications, and refill reminders. I’ll happily return to Koshland and recommend to any other patients looking for great service and pharmacists who really put their patients first.

Excellent experience. Medication exactly as required. Customer service professional and friendly. The difference is palpable between Koshland Pharmacy and chain pharmacies. The medication was reasonably priced, quite a surprise being that it was made specifically for me. Just every detail from keeping me informed to the actual shipment was more than one could hope for. Nice to find a business in this day and age that appears to put the customer ahead of profits. I will happily and most assuredly used them.

If you want the experience of an "old-timey" pharmacy, with expert professionals and helpful staff, Koshland is the place to go for your pharmacy needs. What makes this review so interesting is that I have never stepped foot inside their doors. I do my business on the phone, yet I feel so taken care of by these wonderful people.
Their prices are reasonable, and you can get compounded medication from them.
Bonus points: I have never had to wait in line! Koshland is extremely customer oriented. I love this place.

Excellent communication and trustworthy compounded prescriptions. I've been using Koshland for several years and couldn't be happier with their customer service and commitment to seeing that everything is satisfactory for their customers and prescribing physicians. I have used Kishland Pharmacy for bio identical hormones for around 12 years! Their rosy taste are very pure and the customer service is friendly, informative, and helpful--I recommend them highly! Their product might be somewhat more than a regular pharmacy but you can trust in the excellent quality!

I have been using Koshland Pharm since January 2019 when my cat (yes, I know) needed custom compounded medication. The staff there are outstanding professionals -- courteous, kind and very responsive. Yes, it may be a bit on the pricey side, but if you are in need of compounded meds, you need a place you can trust to give you the best product. Koshland Pharm is that place. And I'll admit I felt a bit silly and/or indulgent that I needed to consult with them about a cat, but they never once treated me with anything but empathy and understanding. It has been a journey with the health issues

KOSHLAND is the only custom compounding pharmacy in San Francisco.
I have been having my prescription filled there since February 2020. They are an absolutely wonderful company, with very dedicated staff .
During regular business hours speaking to a pharmacist directly is always available but there is always an option of leaving a message or contacting them by text or email.
My medication is mailed not only due to Covid, but because I live a distance from the pharmacy.
They always arrive on time and I receive text messages as a reminder when my medication will be shipped.

My experience working with Koshland pharmacy has been nothing short of miraculous! I had been looking for a trustworthy compounding pharmacy that I could depend on for years. The products that Koshland produces have been absolute gamechangers for me and for my health!
