Thibault's Renovations, LLC. is a family owned and operated company founded on honest values and customer satisfaction. We added a 2nd level to the main post & beam part of the house, extended the existing chimney by 14 feet with a new blue stone cap, we added a new sunroom, we added a new mudroom, new 2nd story little deck, all new overhangs around the entire building, all new Azek trim and to finish it off we applied new cedar shake impressions with white pvc trim for all corners and windows.
We tore down and replaced this old closed in porch with a new Farmer's Porch in Exeter, NH. The new Farmer's porch was framed with pressure treated lumber, Azek wrapped square columns, Azek premier railings. Azek trim & skirting and finished off with recessed lighting on this famers porch in Exeter, New Hampshire.
We tore down an old shed in the back of a house in Rye, NH and constructed a 24 x 24 two car garage on a floating slab. Zip system for the sheathing and vinyl siding with vinyl cedar shake impressions on the gable end. Tired of shoveling your vehicle out of the snow and want to protect it from the elements?
Birch cabinets, soap stone countertop, fire clay farm house sink with a high arching faucet. We removed an old part of the house that used to be the kitchen and garage. We constructed a new two car garage with attic storage above, a full-size kitchen, a mudroom and a half bath/laundry room. The exterior was finished with pine trim, cedar clapboards and a metal roof.

Gerard and his team did excellent work on our demo of our 2 car garage and build of the 3 car with master suite above. The work was reasonably priced, high quality and communication was always great. Gerard is very personable and is open to whatever you can imagine. We started with an idea and Gerard helped make it exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them!

Gerard and his crew tore down our old front porch and built a gorgeous new one. He and his guys were professional, always courteous, and a pleasure to have around. They did beautiful work and we could not be happier with the end result. We will definitely be calling Thibault's Renovations for future projects.
