We worked with Trevor to buy our first home and I would rate the experience 6/5 stars if I could. Trevor and Jaci worked patiently and tirelessly to help us find the right home at a price we were comfortable at. He didn't push, is not "salesy", and always provided honest and educated advice on how to proceed every stop along the way. On top of all of that, Jaci helped coordinate any work I needed done throughout the closing process and even post-closing. Trevor is a true master of his craft and I would recommend him to anyone who asked.

Trevor and his team were great to work with. They got us set up on their MLS immediately and Lia, another realtor on the team, showed us around and pointed out things that we should be aware of that we had no idea of. She was incredibly personable and available whenever we were to go check out houses, including the weekend. If you want amazing home buying and selling support these guys are beyond fantastic. The Halpern team were very thorough, dedicated and supportive every step of our home buying process. Buying and selling a home is soooo stressful. Particularly so in Phoenix’s fast moving market and I joked more than once that on top of being amazingly dedicated agents they were also counselors. If you're looking for the absolute best, Trevor is who you've been looking for! We knew we wanted to buy a house in 2017 and started talking with Trevor and his lender well over a year ago. Despite the fact that we weren't going to be doing business with him for over a year, he went out of his way to meet with us for coffee and discuss market… trends, our wishlist, and get to know us and our baby daughter.
