We offer counseling, coaching and mentorship through our online telehealth platform, or phone. We offer a free 10-minute consultation to address your needs or concerns while determining if online counseling or coaching would be a viable option for you. In the meantime, please feel free to call us with any counseling/coaching questions you may have.
Coverage varies greatly, but our services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Some of our therapists are considered to be "in-network" providers with some insurances. We file insurance claims as a courtesy to our clients, but it remains the client's responsibility to remit payment for services rendered.
Mellonie Baldwin-Coach Mel-is a licensed Therapist, and Coach with her own successful practice, Achor Counseling & Associates LLC. I enjoyed every bit of these sessions! She was down to earth, straight forward and most of all a woman of God. I think that's what I enjoyed most the fact that she brought God in the mist of every situation. She deals with children, couples, and single sessions. She truly takes pride in her work and you can tell. Her staff was well mannered and very helpful. I loved it and well be continuing my sessions. Please anyone that needs or thinking about therapy she's the best person for the job.

Ms. Baldwin is a wonderful person, counselor, business woman and mentor. She cares deeply about her clients and staff. I would recommend for anyone who needs someone to talk to and to help get through situations that this thing called life puts us through, make an appointment with Mellonie Baldwin MA, LPC-S. She is affordable and accepts most insurances including Medicaid. Awesome experience!!

Mellonie Baldwin is completely motivated by greed. She will turn your words around or completely fabricate things to ensure that you keep coming so that she can keep getting her paycheck. It's honestly a dangerous situation because you never know what she is going to turn around and say about you. The most despicable thing about her is the fact that she claims to be a Christian and to have morals, when it's obvious that she cares about nothing other than getting paid. Please be careful if speak with her!!!
