This companys sales reps are yet another reason why I have no hope in our healthcare system. Every plan they peddle has exclusions for everything under the sun, they tell you it’s the best and biggest major isurer plan, and it’s either this or Obamacare. Not sure if I just hate health insurance or hate companies like this. They’ll sign u up for a plan as quickly as possible tho lol

I have received more than 10 phone calls and text messages from various representatives of this company over the past few hours, claiming they are responding to my request for health insurance. I have never done business with this company and had not heard of them prior to today. The first 4 representatives I spoke with assured me that they would remove my contact information from their system, and now they have started hanging up as soon as I say I don’t need health insurance. I have filed multiple complaints with the FTC and will continue to do so for each representative that contacts me.

Max, as the representative, was extremely helpful in obtaining new health insurance for my husband when we were down to the wire for options after he was denied renewal two days before his insurance ended.
