Needed help to send a document to the Secretary of State with a stamped self addressed envelope inside, he did not understand so I try to explain it and showed him the instructions on my phone and the person just told me: "I'm not gonna read anything, I can't help you"...
I was in shock by his mean behavior and so unprofessional, and said "Wow You are not a kind person, u could help too and he just said "I'm not here to help anyone. I don't help people" something like that...

Have utilized their services/location for well over a decade. I am not the only satisfied customer, quite a few are very prominent and long term customers as well. 24 hour access to my box/receives packages at no extra cost/telephone assistance when needed. Better than what's available locally for much less with a prime address in Beverly Hills and very convenient in so many ways, my kudos are gushing.

I have had a box here for over 15 years and have never had a problem. This location is a family run business and Mike is usually the day to day Manager who goes out of his way for customers. I would highly recommend using their services. Not to mention, any time I have a package to ship all I have to do is drop it off and they pack, ship and send me a receipt via email. It couldn't be easier. Plus, getting in and out of the store is easy. Parking in front is always available. Even if you don't have a box you can use their services. I've recommended this location to friends

I wish I could give this dump zero stars, because that's what it deserves. Mike, the owner/operator, is extremely abrasive/rude, significantly marks up shipping costs from what they actually are (and tries to charge your credit card without telling you how much he is charging), allows favored customers to cut the line and is generally unprofessional. Click the option to sort these ratings by "lowest rated" and you will see how many people have had horrible experiences at this place. Life is too short --Â save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

This is my go to when I need something sent, certified, etc.
Mike has always been nothing short of stellar and nice. Prices are reasonable, only person in the area doing what he does and it's nice not to overpay for such stuff as well. Happy to continue giving him my business when it involves, shipping etc.

We've been using this postal store for years. Only great experiences with Mike, he's a very nice and helpful guy, IMHO. Never had a problem with packages or any other issues. I don't recall dealing with any other person in all that time, so if there was another guy who was rude, maybe he left? Anyway, this place is a great neighborhood place, happy they are here!

This place is walking distance from where I live. And I had used it for many occasions from sending expensive first priority mails to ups drop offs. Past 4-5 years the customer service dropped to unbearable levels.
Sometimes the convenience of short walk distance was beating the inconvenience of dealing with Mike, the Asian guy at the counter. Ah yes, there will be snarky comments, rolling of eyes, rude attitude... it's a toss up, I'd say you have 50% chance per visit, you'll have some weird interaction.
The attitude is,
If you are willing to spend less than $10, you are bothering

I've never had a worse experience in my life. The surly middle-aged man with a lollipop in his mouth turned us away when we wanted to send 2 certified letters, and 2 fedex overnight envelopes. He said, "You can just go somewhere else and mail those," before giving an ugly look and turning his back on us slowly, walking into the back area. Now, I've just been in a terrible car accident and have two very swollen black eyes, so to be treated like this was nothing less than shocking. I had better treatment at the hospital trauma unit than here! Don't give them business, someone

Cant say enough good things about this place and especially Mike. Been a customer of this establishment for years. So accommodating and friendly. Always greets me by my first name! Plenty of street parking to pop in and out to quickly to grab your packages. It saids that he is open till 6pm but he usually stays till around 6:30 (better to call ahead if your running behind) If you have a bigger than normal load he has a dolly he will lend you. If you have concerns of your packages being stolen off your porch at home this is the perfect way to make sure that never happens. I highly recommend this

Tired of the Unbelievably S***y Postal Service misdelivering your packages? FedEx and UPS always coming when nobody is home? This place is the solution for all those problems! Mike will receive your packages, sign for them and email you immediately so you'll know they arrived. Plenty of mailbox sizes, easy access, great communication and top notch service for an affordable price.

I've been a box owner for years and have been incredibly happy with the service! When packages are delivered, I immediately receive an email notification. When my bill is due, I can make one quick call to authorize a payment over the phone.
And I've enjoyed getting to know Mike over the years too! He's attentive to detail, really sweet, and always delivers the best customer service! :)

Unbelievable. The guy who works here is consistently and ridiculously rude and inconsistent. I came once to mail a letter and the second time he had huge problem with it - he actually said "I rather you buy a pack of stamps and envelopes and mail it over there" pointing to outside.
Are you joking? Is this a mail center? Are you my boss?
I wouldn't buy a stamp on his orders and won't come again!
