We had solar panels installed on our roof recently, and received excellent service from Luke, Gavin, and Garrett. Especially during COVID, it's usually a little uncomfortable to have someone you don't know come to your home, but we felt well cared-for right away. Luke's communication about their time needed and what they were doing was very helpful. When a panel arrived broken (not their fault), he explained very clearly how they would rectify that, and quickly replaced it with a new one.

We were extremely pleased with services provided from beginning to end. The owner Brian took the time to throughly explain how the solar power works, options available for our home & the difference in performance of the panels depending on the type we choose. He was never rushed or pushy and remained in constant contact with us throughout the course of the project. On installation day, his team was courteous & punctual. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the day were able to complete the job in 1.5 days (including having the city inspector sign off to approve the work

Element Power Systems was great to work with. I had to wait on my PV system install because the roof needed to be replaced first. They were flexible enough to coordinate with the roofers for the install. Once the roof was installed, it took only one day to finish the whole system. The install was clean and professional. There was an issue with the monitoring system initially but they came back the next day to fix it. Professional and affordable! Highly recommended.

I purchased an 8 panel LG 365Watt solar system which included 8 of the Enphase IQ7+ inverters from Element power. After they came out for the first site inspection, they emailed me a quote which I was able to approve online (awesome). The system only took their 3 installers 1 day to install. It then was approved by the City inspector and PGE the following day. Its generating as of 7/22/2019 on my West facing roof in the 94565 zip code just over 19KWH. I am very impressed and pleased with the system power, the quality of their installation, all their staff, and the entire process which is painless

I had this company install solar as well as the whole house fan on my house in Brentwood, and I would totally recommend this company to anybody considering solar. Throughout the entire process the sales rep Travis kept me informed and in the loop. It was Quick easy experience. I set up appointments with five different solar companies two of them from out of the area and three locally. Travis Falcone showed up at my house on time and with a bunch of data on hand to give me an idea on the size of system I needed as well as the different types of insurance they carry and work they've done and

I can't say enough great things about Element Power Systems. Travas and his team did a top notch job. Travas took the time to teach me about the PV components and how it would work with my home. He was super patient. The crew are real pros. They showed up on time, kept to the time schedule we agreed to and worked really well with the city building inspector. The PG&E part of the process was super smooth. I am generating electricity from the sun just as promised. Super job.

This is one amazing company. I've worked with contractors for all kinds of projects and am a hard person to impress, but these guys are truly a cut above. Element provides some of the best service I've ever seen. Sharp, extremely professional, excellent communication, and every one of their crew was as polite as could be.
Our solar system was perfectly spec'd. Producing, in fact, even a little more than I was expecting. And a perfectly clean installation both in and out of the garage. They handled everything. All I had to do was move my car.

These guys are great!! When I met with Brian and Bryan, I had a very basic knowledge of solar and the benefits of owning over leasing. I was provided with an extremely detailed and informative pamphlet regarding my current electrical usage, solar outputs with selected panels, and a cost analysis package. I recently had solar installed on my home in September of 2014. I was tired of the spikes we receive during summer from running our air conditioning. I did a lot of research on solar panels as well as my due diligence on the different installers in my local area. One company kept popping up, and it was Element Power Systems.
I can be a little hard headed in gathering data for my own cost and benefit analysis and Brian at Element was there to answer all my questions throughly. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable as well as personable. Not once did I feel he was trying to make a sale.
