Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact us via phone anytime when an emergency happens & we will make arrangements on the spot. The Cremation Center of Arizona does all their cremations in house at our new state of the art facility in Phoenix, AZ. The $775 includes emailing all the necessary paperwork that needs to be accomplished.
Our direct cremation does not include an upgraded urn. The $775 does include the basic box urn for you. If you wish, we also offer a wide array of beautiful urns and keepsakes at rock bottom prices. Transportation of the deceased from any city in Maricopa County to Cremation Center of Arizona. We have an on-site crematory, a 24- hour answering service, and an online urn store to purchase urns.

Services
Our facility is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm., however we have staff to answer calls 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. All arrangements can be made via email, phone or fax. If you need to come in please call to make an appointment. We want to make sure we have someone available to answer your questions without causing you to wait.
Governments are nowadays setting increasingly strict requirements for the emissions from incineration and cremation equipment. Our unit successfully complies with even the most stringent legislation. Fully automated furnaces with filter equipment and continuous emission monitoring are part of our standard service.

Two Stars ONLY because as awful as my experience was, Bri was a much need salve in heartbreaking times. I'm not sure who screens or interviews people who are supposed to be "counselors" and work with the families, but certainly no one with a psychology/divinity/empathy background of any kind or the likes of Juliette would not be working for an establishment that is supposed to walk with a family during the most melancholic of times. I will say that prior to my loved one's body arriving at the Cremation Center of Arizona, Juliette was a somewhat tolerable individual - she is very good at ma'am'ing

My mom passed away a few weeks ago and my sister and I didn't know where to start. Cremation Center of Arizona did a wonderful job helping us navigate through this whole process. Not only are they very professional, but the staff was all very kind and they even gave us a discount! We ended up paying way less than what we expected and still got professional services. They helped make this difficult time a little easier on us.

If you change your mind a couple hours before your viewing that your donating the body to science and not having CCA do the cremation. They won't allow you to still pay the 195 fee to view the body. Donating the body is so time sensitive that I did not get to say goodbye to my wife. That don't care about people they only care about their bank account.

Painful time losing a loved one. Cremation Center of Arizona was "there for us" when my Mother passed. They handled the transportation, the cremation, and death certificate all at a very respectable rate and in a dignified manner. You helped remove some of the stress that we are going through. Our need for cremation services came up unexpectedly. CCoA was wonderful to deal with. From the gentleman who drove the van to pick up my brother's body to the entire office staff, everyone was kind and professional. Brittany was especially helpful as we tried to move the process forward (the doctor was slow in signing the death certificate).
It was also refreshing that there were no hidden charges, and no attempts to "up-sell" us on services. We are very grateful to this professional company.

Unfortunately, I have needed Cremation Centers of Arizona's services twice in the past two years. They have been very easy to work with, kind, and compassionate. Getting the cremation done right away gave us the time to plan the memorial service and pick the the venue that was fitting for our loved ones. I highly recommend them.

Losing a loved one is hard on the heart. Arrangements can be overwhelming and difficult to get started. We lost not one but two parents, 2 weeks apart. Austin, Heather, JR, and family are more than compassionate and empathetic, taking care of your loved one and the arrangements with the care as if one of their own has passed. Paper work is easy and… trouble free and they are only a phone call away to help with questions. I can’t recommend them enough, or stress their professionalism during a rough time. My father passed away and after 6 wks we still had not received a death certificate . They were never processed to the State from the Cremation Center. I had to call the Cremation Center twice because no one returned my calI. On the first call, I was repeatedly told, it takes 4 weeks, well, it’s been 6 . You’ll find you can’t process any death… motions without a death certificate, prolonging the unpleasantness of mourning. My mother had passed unexpectedly. It was very hard time for me, especially seeing that I was the only one dealing with all of her business. I was referred to Cremation Centers of Arizona. They were good in sending me the paper work I needed to complete in a timely manner. My mother's body was going to be donated to the Science center to do research on her COPD. Perfect! We had our Dad cremated here, they were awesome and professional. A science company wanted to do some studies on him, so that helped with the cost. The death certificates came quickly and when my mom went to Social Security it was seamless. Social Security said the cremation place lined everything up for us, so this was a pleasant surprise during such a tough time.

I would like to give a special Thank you to the Center. I was tasked with taking care of my sons mother and good friend, last Saturday. And being put in a situation where you have to make arrangements at a moments notice. I was asked by the Glendale Police department to find someone to pick up her remains.
