Stay far far far away from anything with Apter Properties name on it. My boyfriend recently purchased a "flip" they did, well it was a great money grab for Apter, with them making over $100k on the project.

I know they are in the business of making money but as they says on their website, "Our philosophy is very simple--work hard and treat people with honesty and integrity in everything you do. We strive every day to provide a seamless experience that meets or exceeds your expectations".
