Graduating from Northern Virginian Community College, Sheila has been a massage therapist for 5 years in the state of Virginia. A previous EMT, Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral surgery assistant, Sheila has over 20 years in the medical field. Sheila specialty is Pain Relief. Using such modalities as, deep tissues, myofacial release, cupping, and Hot Stones, and Thai Compress resulting in a more relaxed and pain free you.

It’s pretty selfish and cruel to agree to do someone’s hair fully knowing that you’re not capable of preforming the service asked. The hair stylist that did my hair seemed hesitant from the very beginning; she had very little knowledge about bleaching and she even brought out a book and was looking at it as she’s bleaching my hair! At that point it was too late for me to turn around. Once she blotched my hair she did not tone it whatsoever! I currently have dark orange streaks in my hair. Gina wasted my time and ruined my self confidence for the next few weeks until I get another appointment

Had my first appointment at Cardinal Day Spa to get a perm /body wave. For the past couple of years I've been trying different places with on luck .
The perm/body wave would only last about 3 months .Finally found a great place wonderful staff very kind and courteous. Not to mention the products are amazing certified organic from Italy . Julie did an awesome job on my hair will definitely be returning

I absolutely love the certified organic color products from Italy. Julie is so knowledgeable about what colors to use and also hair style. She had suggested a new style for me. She is coloring my hair and adding a glaze to set the color and finish the style. Wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back.

Julie was wonderful, very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the massage very much. I wasn't a fan of the hot stones though. I prefer to just have hands on massaging. Scheduling the appointment was easy and hassle free. They made the process very simple and uncomplicated. I will return for more services! Thank you.

Amazing place! chuck was very accommodating and polite as i was running late. sheila is the best massage therapist i have seen in my life. that speaks volumes as i had arch reconstruction n lived in pain for years due being placed in boot too long! anyway, i have had my fair share of massage therapists and i finally found a keeper !

Loved the groupon deal I got online and it was well worth the price...almost too good. The stylist is fabulous and so is her receptionist. They were very professional and have recommended them already to many. I’ll definitely be back and plan to come in for a pedicure as well. Love the organic products and my 2 tone highlights have stayed in my hair I think the longest I have ever seen them stay. For me, being a single mom it’s hard to get such satisfaction with high quality, service and customer service that was superior here at the Cardinal Spa and I will be back again soon for sure. Thank

After moving from another state I was looking for a place where I could do my hair, after a few unsuccessful attempts I came to the Cardinal Spa! DANE did beautiful highlights on my hair! I am very pleased with the effect and the fact that I found a salon that I like. I highly recommend this place! my hair looks exactly the way I always wanted!

I called to ask about availability for a same day 90 minute massage since I saw a deal on Groupon. There was a man who answered the phone was not welcoming or professional. He sounded irritated and hugged and puffed while answering my questions. He shouldn't be answering the phones for this establishment. When i asked about availability he asked someone in the background if there was availability and then said, "well she said you do it early enough, she can take you today." Booked a massage with them through groupon. They then called me not even 24 hours before the appointment and told me that I wasn't allowed to use my groupon. First time customer, wouldn't give me a discount or introductory and then told me I couldn't use my groupon. Terrible customer service. Her and the manager were super rude. I would never go to this place or give them my money. I called groupon and told them what happened and they apologized and gave me a refund. We will spend our money somewhere that we aren't treated like dirt.

I got the "balayage" style here and I was not the happiest. I understand that the materials are organic, but I was not happy with the service given the price tag. The lady who did my hair was defending reflexology and ancient Chinese medicine, which have both been disproven. In addition to this, she kept saying that her clients were doctors (congratulations?) and tried to push massages and nail treatments onto me. I appreciate the effort, but I do not recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere.

I have been going to Cardinal's for about one year. I was looking for a place that used organic hair dye and products, I found it here. I am very happy that I found this place. Julie is wonderful. She listerns to what you want and is never pushy. She has years of experience and is very skilled. I love all of the oway organic products and love the colors.
