The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I loaded what I wanted powder coated on a trailer and took off part of the day to drop it off. When I arrived around 9:30am the owner was talking to one of his guys and saw that he had a customer and went inside his office. He wouldn’t eve come out side to look at what I wanted powder coated for a price which I thought was very odd? The guys that worked for him felt bad as I waited for some time. I went through a lot of trouble to load it up on a trailer and finally left and took my project somewhere else. I seriously was expecting to see people

Horrible customer service and terrible quality work. I dropped off valve covers I had partially scrapped the paint off and requested they be sand blasted and powder coated. They powder coated over the half-scrapped paint. When I complained I was told I would have to pay again if I wanted them done again. I will not use this fly-by-night outfit again and you should be wary.
