I have been seeing Dr. Purvis for a number of years. She doesn’t waste time and will do anything to work with your schedule and meet your needs. She has amazing balance with these two qualities. My first rib was pinching a nerve in my arm and for 2-3 months of physical therapy, x-rays, and doctors I had little results. I finally came to Lillian and with one adjustment took the pain and tingles away. I regained full range of motion to my arm for the first time in a season. I wish I had come to her sooner. I visited Dr. Purvis for neck tension and during the visit she told me that we needed to do a "routine" X-ray. I did not explain to her that I am a licensed and certified radiology technologist, CT scan tech with a B.S. in Diagnostic Imaging, 11 years experience in the field, and was uncomfortable with "routine" x-rays. There should always be a medical reason for a diagnostic x-ray. Not only is it unnecessary radiation exposure, but also an unnecessary reason for insurance billing and claims. Against my own judgment, I agreed to move forward with the examination considering it was my first time
