Dr. Cara is also certified in Dynamic Body Balancing, which is a craniosacral and myofascial unwinding technique taught by Dr. Carol Phillips, D.C.

I absolutely adore Dr. Cara! Not only is she a fantastic chiropractor but also an all around wonderful human. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and so genuine. You walk into her office and feel so warm & welcome. And you leave feeling so much - physically & emotionally. You can tell how much she loves what she does and loves her patients. I started seeing her at the beginning of my pregnancy and now take my son as well. She helped my sciatic nerve & round ligament pain so much and has worked absolute magic on my newborn son - from digestive & breastfeeding issues, support after his tongue/lip tie

Dr. Cara has helped my six month old after a single adjustment! We’ve struggled with feeding and digestive issues for months. Dr. Cara was able to adjust his sacrum and back to provide tummy relief that was immediate within the hour post adjustment. Also, prior to adjustment, he could only sit up unsupported for a minute. The evening after the adjustment, he could sit up and play unsupported 5-10 minutes! We are massively grateful. I also saw Dr. Cara when pregnant and she helped me greatly.
Also, her office environment is very friendly and relaxing. So comfortable for mom and baby!

Dr. Cara is nothing short of AMAZING! I started going to RENEW when I was 20ish weeks pregnant with my son because of sciatic and hip pain. I was able to feel good and deliver my baby with confidence because of Dr. Cara, even through the difficulties we faced. Now my entire family of four gets frequent adjustments because chiropractic care has such an incredible impact on our wellbeing! We LOVE RENEW!

Excellent pediatric provider starting at birth (we've retained Dr. Cara for a postpartum, in home visit). I started seeing her during my fourth pregnancy and she made that pregnancy comfortable, as it should be, no waddling, minimal back pain, just an excellent prenatal care provider. All of our children, ages 1-16, are extremely comfortable with Dr. Cara as she really caters to each patient's needs. My husband feels she's "the best bang for our buck" as far as chiropractors go and I find her attention to detail is priceless. She networks with my other providers to ensure I'm getting the best care

Dr. Cara is AMAZING! We’ve been bringing our daughter to see her since she was about 6 weeks old. She was a C-section baby and we noticed that she was almost stuck in a C shape. The muscles on her back were always tightened. She also had bad reflux. Within a couple of visits to see Dr. Cara, she was like a new baby!! Her reflux was practically gone, the muscles on her back were finally relaxed, and she was laying straight!
