Taylor was and is my favorite realtor/broker. Very professional and honest with how he goes about his job. There is a nice friendly comfort he gives off and not only that but he is very respectful. You need a house he will find it. You have questions he will answer it. You need good deals and help figuring out what you need to do to push things forward. We came in contact with Jared Shaw two weeks before the holidays in December 2021. He is very efficient, responds quickly to your questions/concerns and understands your needs. While touring the houses, he brought up all the relevant points about the house which made us feel heard. We could tell that he was listening carefully to what we wanted. Jack is something else. Very good quality service, professional and lightning fast to respond. I will admit I was probably one of his more difficult clients but Jack kept his patience with me throughout the process. If I could buy another house from him tomorrow I would, but I am not in the financial situation to buy more than one home. He told me several parables that were applicable to house shopping, I don't think I would have received that from anyone else. So if you are asking me I say give Jack a call. I worked with Ashley Pearson while buying my first home and as to be expected I had tons of “first timer” questions and she was always patient and precise in her answers. I think we seen over 15-20 plus homes together and she went above and beyond she would even pick me up to show me the homes and then treat me to dinner while we discussed what I liked or didn’t like about the homes we saw that day. Definitely will be using her again when it’s time to purchase my next home!
