Red Bud is the best in the business. Charlie our inspector was so knowledgeable. He was also so helpful and answered any questions we had. Red Bud is one stop shop for all your inspection needs and are always professional. I was able to get a same week appointment for inspections and their price can’t be beat! The inspectors were on time and gladly explained everything to me and my clients. Great company who I will always call first to schedule my inspections!

Charlie did an outstanding inspection of our new home. The report provided was very detailed with so many photos. He thoroughly explained everything to us when we was finished. They even take a water sample for testing. He was very professional and answered all our questions/concerns during the inspection. We haven't had a home inspection in almost 18 years and didn't know what to expect. The report provided is way more detailed than what we received for our current home. We would highly recommend Charlie and Redbud Property Inspections! Worth the money!

This was my second time using Redbud for a home and termite inspection. Both times I had Nate Kinney. He is polite, patient, and very thorough. Redbud is easy to schedule with, easy to communicate with, their reports are well put together. When I needed to schedule extra inspections based off the report the other contractors were pleased to hear Redbud did the home inspections. Another plus is they also do termite inspections, so it is one appointment for the home and termite.

When I sold my house earlier this year, the buyer used Redbud Inspections. I was so impressed with the thorough report that I called them when it was my turn to be the buyer. I was equally impressed - the inspectors were courteous, thorough, and professional. The report was easy to understand and included very good photos. They not only did the inspection within a day or two of my call, but then had the completed report to me by the end of the inspection day. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Very thorough and professional inspection. Electronic report with repair request tool was super helpful! I even received a home maintenance manual to help me understand what to look for to keep the house in the best condition for the future. Inspection was led by Master Inspector Nate, along with inspectors Charlie and David. Large home with over 4000 sq feet, multiple HVAC systems and other complexities. Nate and Team were extremely proficient, each had a particular assignment which allowed each member to focus on one or two areas while reducing the overall time required.
