Ryan Industries
Ryan Industries, Inc. was founded in 1979 by John and Barbara Ryan. They purchased a few pieces of equipment and began building custom boat trailers in the garage of their home. Within 6 months, the business had grown out of the garage and into a larger space. Ryan Trailers quickly became a well-known and respected brand name in boating and gave Ryan Industries a reputation for quality.

John used his contacts to bring in other projects to build the range of products Ryan Industries manufactured. Over several years, rotational molds and parts for pitching machines and batting cages soon became a large portion of the business and the trailer line was eventually sold off. The buyer kept the name, and Ryan Trailers are still built today.
Services
Since 1979 the metal fabrication industry has greatly changed, and we keep adapting our business to keep up and adjust to those changes. One thing has always remained the same. We build stuff right! We are best described as a 'job shop'. In other words, we have the ability to handle a wide range of projects in a variety of materials.
Are you adding extra precautions to your store or workplace to protect your customers and employees? We're building sneeze guards and partitions. Contact us. We will work with you to create dividers that fit your needs and your space. The room partitions we produce have easy-to-sanitize surfaces. These portable barriers can be moved easily to reflect social distancing standards and changes in regulations.
Everything from the mundane and common, to some very interesting projects that you may have seen around and not known where they came from. Below are some examples. More photos can be found on the About Us page and our Instagram feed. Ryan Industries, has been fabricating molds for the rotational plastics industry for 40 years, and knows how to build them right.

I spent most of the night looking for a bollard bolt base
Online I found a bunch of places out of state and one good bollard supply in Australia. Then, TG I found Ryan Industries right here in Hillsboro! Great work and reasonably charged.

My patio heater blew over in a windstorm last winter. I was unable to order replacement parts from the manufacturer due to COVID shutdowns. I posted a request to three metal fabricators through Yelp to see if one could help repair or fabricate replacements for the damaged parts. Sandy responded to my request within the next business hour and invited me in to see if they could assist. John looked at the pieces, disappeared into the shop and returned within 15 minutes with the pieces molded back to their original shape. My cost was less than what shipping would have cost from the manufacturer
