Great shop. Clean, professional, experienced mechanics, and friendly. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t trust just any shop and do a lot of my own wrenching, but I have no qualms about bringing my cars here when needed. They were honest and do not try to sell you anything you don’t need.

I've used Auto Check Elite for a few different things now that have came up with my truck. The first was a tire balancing issue that they took the time to properly diagnose, unlike the sea of children that work at Discount Tire and couldn't be bothered to figure it out. The second thing was a rear tail light replacement. The part was ordered and arrived same day. I returned today for the install which literally took 5 mins. Thanks, guys. Happy customer. 5 stars.

Poor Service and Diagnostics:
The car was brought in for a check engine light diagnosis. The diagnostic showed an air flow shutter issue. The technician handed my wife an estimate for $1063 to repair the… issue. She brought the car home to talk with me about it and to wait on parts before doing the work. With diagnostic in hand I looked up the issue and immediately found a checklist to follow on troubleshooting a shutter malfunction. The first item on it is to check for debris and obstructions. So out I went, only to find a piece of road aggregate jamming the shutter. The rock was a bright

I have only been using this shop for a short time and have been nothing but grateful for their eye for detail. I took my car in for its 50K checkup, alignment, and A/C issues I was having. Kim (technician) spent hours on my vehicle trying to diagnose and find the source of small pinhole leak. Ginger, did my alignment and my car is driving better than it has in awhile. I didn't like the fact that they wanted to charge a fee for a consultation, most places would talk and explain before charging for a certain job on a car, while these guys want the money upfront before they even look at the car. Thanks but no thanks.
*Update. Went to Cinco ranch auto and they were able to talk to me without charging a fee, happily paid them to fix the issue on my vehicle.

Was referred to Auto Check Elite by a gentleman at Discount Tire. Was having some issues with my brakes and rotors being worn. Took my car (2006 Jetta TDI) in first thing Saturday morning and was greeted by Alex. I was utterly blown away at the cleanliness and customer service I was given. His communication was very clear throughout the repair and he called me prior to performing work and gave me a price which included everything minus taxes. We agreed and they got to work quick. Received the car back and then some. They went out of there way for me and it showed. Auto Check Elite is 2nd to none

Matthew and the Auto Check Elite team were a pleasure to deal with. Quick background - Unfortunately for me my Range Rover Sport engine was deemed unrepairable after being diagnosed with a worn piston rod ring and worn crank shaft bearings. Only fix was to get the engine replaced. After getting an outraging quote from the dealer I went on the search for a 2nd opinion and alternative options.
Decided to try Auto Check Elite following numerous recommendations. Ultimately ended up having the engine replaced for an OEM, rebuilt one for 1/3 of the dealer's cost. In addition, the engine replacement

Precursor, I have almost 15 years of Automotive Experience
Today I checked into Auto Check Elite with a car that was in perfect running condition, No Check Engine Light, Levels were perfect.
They told me shortly after I dropped the car off (about 10-15 minutes later) the Check Engine light was on and said that this was a "Courtesy Call" and I would fail inspection unless I paid $120 for a "Diagnostic" that took 5 min when I took it to Pep Boys just down the street.
If you have heard the horror stories about people who take advantage of people when they get their car inspected

Came in from out of town to see a shop I heard so much about. Wow! Impressive facility and the staff is very engaging.
