My parents have lived in Katy since 1989 and as long as I can remember they have been using Rick's for their auto repair. I have used them numerous times as well. Recently, I had something that appeared to be hanging off the front of my car. It ended up being my skid plate had come loose. They quickly fixed the problem and did not charge me for the service. My dad's timing belt was due for replacement, (203,000 miles on his Saturn View, supposed to do it every 100,000) Anyway, they explained that there were other maintenance things that would make sense to do while you were in there, if needed. They estimated the cost of everything we may need to do, and began the work. Hours later they were done. The final price was about 500.00 less than what they had estimated! Awesome.
