Eddie has a great attitude and is always helpful and very knowledgeable of the equipment. He goes above and beyond to help us out when we are experiencing technical difficulties even when it is by our own doing. Very polite and professional. We have many systems and he has the patience and skills to help with all. He has recommended products that has helped with our internet issues, which he did not have to do. Greatly appreciated and would recommend if looking for a new copier/scanner carrier.

I would highly recommend this company. Alfred has done a stellar job setting us up with a printer/copier that perfectly fits our needs.
