Just received my 4 shirts I ordered from them 2 months ago!! I ordered one shirt wrong size I noticed upon looking at my receipt the same day, I emailed them to see if they can refund or exchange they didn't have the decency to respond! I called them today to see if there is something they can do and all they said was oh well no refunds or exchanges. Totally unprofessional, definitely letting everyone know of the bad customer service they have!
Edit: OK mybe I did not read that part about your "policy" but I did send the email right away and changing my order should not have been a problem because

We did not experience the exceptional customer service the other reviewers evidently have. We were never assigned a rep to handle our order; instead, all correspondence was from their info@ address. They sent us the wrong proofs twice; the first time featured an entirely different company's logo on it. We waited a full month between approving the digital proofs and being told our order was ready for pickup. When we asked them why they weren't shipping it, they simply said, "we didn't know you wanted that." I've never personally worked with a printer who didn't already ship their orders by default

Excellent customer service!!! Very understanding! Every time i called they where very polite and respectful. I had a problem with my sons Baseball hat and they took care of the issue. No questions asked. Reasonable pricing. I had lost an item and when i told them i found it they refunded me my money right away with no problems. Well recommended! Thank you
