Steven Parkman is an experienced trial attorney who has practiced disability and personal injury law in Northern Indiana for more than 30 years, working with some of the best known trial lawyers in the state. He has concentrated his legal practice in Social Security Disability, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation claims.
Our firm focuses on Social Security Disability, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation claims. Our ability to help anyone who is sick or hurt is of special value to our clients who have more than one of these types of claims because each claim can have an effect on the financial outcome of the other claims.
If illness or injury will keep you from working for at least 12 continuous months, you might qualify for Social Security Disability benefits. You may also qualify for disability benefits if you are able to work, but can only make less than roughly $1,000 per month. The denial of a Social Security Disability claim creates an overwhelming hardship on individuals and their families.
If you have suffered a serious injury on the job or have lost a loved one as a result of a work-related accident or disease, we can help. Mr. Parkman has worked in a coke oven in a steel factory; he knows firsthand how dangerous your job can be. We will advance expenses. It costs money to gather your medical records and get explanations from your doctors.

I called to ask for help and the lady was not helpful. With my mental disability explaining things is not easy and gives me extreme anxiety. It's my first time applying for myself and I have no idea what I am doing. I asked her to repeat the number she gave me and she ignored what I had said.
Very unhelpful.

Mr. Parkman and his staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. After struggling with social security for almost 2 years to get the benefits I thought I deserved and was being denied, I called Mr. Parkman's office and they were able to get me the disability that I deserved. God bless him and his staff. If you truly are disabled this is the attorney I would call.
