If you are suspected of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you may be arrested for DUI (driving under the influence). Depending on the state, the specific crime is also called DWI (driving while intoxicated), OUI (operating under the influence), or OWI (operating while intoxicated).
Paul did exactly what he said he would do. My son was arrested in Indiana and charged with 2 misdemeanors and a felony. He was ill at the time and Paul worked hard to make sure he was able to return home and get treatment. He was very professional and prepared for trial, presenting my sons case to the Judge and Prosecutor in a manner in which they felt treatment would be the best solution for him.

Never thought I would be in a position to have to contact a criminal attorney or ground a 20 year old college student, but here we are. I’m not knowledgeable of the misdemeanor laws in Indiana or in any state. I’m honestly really disappointed in Paul Stanko. I left a voicemail about a week ago on his phone and he got back with me the next day with a text to tell him my name and phone number, so I did. After that I never heard anything back from him! It has been over a week now and I texted again to see what was going on and NOTHING!! I really thought he would be a good attorney for me with all the good reviews he has on his page but I guess for me it’s just different. I don’t know why he doesn’t want to help me but I guess I will have to go with someone else. I feel like he blew me off. My case
