Writing this review for my mom (Diep Nguyen): I came into the office for a teeth cleaning and implant. The hygienist Mr, Louis is the best! He was very thorough but also very gentle during my teeth cleaning which is something I oftentimes don't get when I go to other dentists. The surgery with Dr. Fuentes went well. He also kept the implant process painless. He was very professional and friendly. I really get nervous when I go to the dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and always experience pain. Even my blood pressure goes up. With Dr. Fuentes I never experience any pain. He is so good. Even the Novocain injection does not hurt. He also explains the issues very well. Thank you Dr. Fuentes! The staff are efficient and very pleasant and the office is spotlessly clean.

I am referred to Dr. Peterson by the Loma Linda dentist school faculty to immediately treat my gum disease. Dr. Peterson took a good care of my treatment and beyond. He is knowledgeable even with the latest technology for the procedure. I did laser treatment to get rid of the infected bad tissue without having additional bone loss.
For your consideration, My gum pocket is so deep, they numbered around 8 to 11. halfway down the treatment, it goes down to 3 to 5 (normal gum pocket is 1-3).
From that, you can see how severe my gum disease was and how effective is Dr. Peterson laser treatment.

I had postponed my visit amid Covid19 but from the moment I walked in, I was reassured by the apparent measures to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff; There may have been only one other patient there when I was there. There was a network of air filters throughout the office. Everything was very clean, as usual.
I have always been treated respectfully and professionally by all personnel at every level in this office. Dr. Fuentes is incredible. I require the high quality work that they do, and I appreciate the finesse, and the care, with which they provide it.

I recently starting coming here for treatment with Dr Fuentes and I am extremely happy with him and his staff. I get very anxious coming to see the dentist but with Dr Fuentes and his staff all that goes out the door.
They make you feel comfortable and feel at ease to the point that I enjoy coming here .

Went here months ago, the Dr said a lot of stuff that maybe I would've considered if I had the $$$. He wanted to split open my gums and fix my smile. I get it, this is his job, so if he sees something that can be fixed why not? The place was very nice and the people especially the Dr. were quite nice. Fast forward to me getting a bill in the mail for a consultation they told me was covered by my ins, this bill stated that I am over 60 days late on paying. The first thing I will say is DO NOT TAKE ANY SHORTCUTS when you are having a procedure as serious as implants. There are many advertisements to walk in and practically walk out that same day with new teeth. Don't do it!! I have been going to Dr. Fuentes for many years and I cannot say enough good things about him, about his work, and about his staff. I have had several implants which have all been successful. If something else needs to be done at the time of the procedure (gums, bones, etc) he takes care of it. He does whatever he needs to do to make the process seamless and successful

I've been a patient of Dr. Fuentes for oer 25 years (since 1990). He has seen me thru gum surgeries, various extractions (one on New Years Day!!) and now that i live in Nevada, i still see him and Valerie every 6 months for a cleaning and checkup. Best decision i ever made for my oral care! Highly professional, great communication and up to date equipment. Wonderful!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Fuentes for many years. He initially provided two implants and gum treatment. Since then I have continued to treat with his hygienist and have avoided any additional issues. Dr Fuentes is very professional, knowledgeable and has great " bed side manners". His office is state of the art. Highly recommended to all.

Been seeing Dr Fuentes for about 8 years now. He's my go to guy for implants!!!!! He's a master mind specialist with what he does. It's quite a drive for me but it is worth it. Ive done my research and seen many other doctors but Dr. Fuentes isn't even comparable to the others. I've had a dentist scam me for my $ in the past, I've had doctors say that an implant was impossible due to the little to no bone in my gums, I've had them want to remove my teeth and get dentures.... But seriously Dr Fuentes Will FIX a complicated yet tricky situation and makes it possible

Dr. Fuentes and his team have made me feel comfortable and supported, which is saying a lot for someone who is dental-phobic! I was referred to his office by Dr. Jacobsen (located in the same building). I was lucky that the day I was referred Jacobsen's office was giving coupons for free consultations so that saved me approx $200. I had been seen by another well known periodontist in the Pasadena area but I was not comfortable with his attitude and chair side manner so I was extremely pleased that Dr. Fuentes is friendly, kind and reassuring. He offers iv sedation which was what I needed

I had a gum implantation from Dr. Fuentes. I have to say that he has very good manners and is extremely polite. He's extremely knowledgeable in what he does. However, I was disappointed in that the first time i had the surgery when I used cadaver tissue that the transplant didn't work. It wouldn't have been an issue had I been warned that this was a possibility but he assured me that there weren't going to be any problems. The surgery finally went well when I used my own tissue which he did free of cost.
