Maybe you can relate. From being the victim of bullying and past-traumatic events, I've learned firsthand how the combination of various factors can lead to pain, injury, and hardship.

When my health started to take a turn for the worse, I wasn't sure where to turn. At this point in my life, I should've been firing on all cylinders. I went from being one of the top age-group Ironman athletes in the world to not being able to walk to my mailbox without feeling like I was gonna collapse.

Learn how to take control of your pain with a one-on-one evaluation with our Doctor of Physical Therapy. With our physical therapy sessions, you will learn the causative factors behind your pain, how to manage your symptoms and develop a treatment plan to keep the pain away.

The goal is to provide the patient with a less traditional, more holistic approach to health in conjunction with rehab therapy aiming to provide relief without the use of medications and surgery.Our patient centered approach uses both holistic health and physical therapy interventions to improve your quality of life while allowing you to return to the sport or life you enjoy without dysfunction.
Telehealth physical therapy - otherwise known as online physical therapy - refers to services that are provided over the internet. Injuries can come when you least expect it. There may be times where you feel that you are unable to seek help or treatment for your injury because of exterior factors beyond your control.
Out of the three sports in triathlon, it's common to see triathletes fall behind when it comes to triathlon swimming. Finding that limiter in your skillset is incredibly important when it comes to training and competition in triathlon. We can help you take the proper action to break that limit and go beyond what you were previously capable of.
Treadmill running has been proven in the research to be comparable to overground running. With this, we are able to use a 2D (smartphone, tablet, etc) video assessment to guide decisions on gait retraining techniques, form impairments, and injury patterns. You will receive instruction on equipment, target speed, and video capture following purchase of this item.

Dr. Caitlin Sapp is phenomenal. The care is personal, professional and works!!! Doctor is beyond accommodating when it comes to scheduling, answering your questions and replying to emails. I have an extended list of lower back, Sciatic and bulging disc issues from years of abuse to include, contact sports, combative sports, heavy weightlifting and work related problems. Super pleased with my experience with Caitlin! I had a tough achilles injury that I was struggling to come back from. Caitlin got me a on a schedule that helped me come back without risking injury. I have 8 weeks until I am racing in Kona and my achilles feels great. Highly recommended, especially for athletes trying to recover from injury.

Undeniably the best physical therapist I have worked with! Caitlin digs into the root of your problem and takes a holistic approach when treating you. She actually listens, asks follow-up questions, and takes the time to explain things in a way that is super easy to understand. Also, talk about PASSIONATE. I can’t tell you how much of a difference it makes to work with someone who genuinely enjoys their work.

When I walked into the doors of Crew Racing and Rehab I was met with tremendous support, deep listening and a very knowledgeable PT. Caitlin creates an environment with her clients to truly meet them and holds an encouraging space to heal and grow. If you have been in a traditional PT setting it can sometimes feel very mechanical, and like you are a number, but at Crew Racing and Rehab, YOU matter and that shows in the care that you receive. Five stars aren't enough ! I showed up to see Caitlin with a shoulder injury that had been ongoing for 8 months. She sat down with me and listened, I mean really listened. From there Caitlin came up with a exercise and wellness plan. Her knowledge of the body and how it works "outstanding". My shoulder greatly improved but, still wasn't 100%. We decided it was time to see a Orthopaedic. She worked with me, after seeing the Orthopaedic, this was KEY ! Caitlin answered a lot of questions, that you think of after seeing the doctor. It was extremely helpful in healing my shoulder ! Plus she reformulated

I went to Caitlin with a previous (and untreated) running injury that had prevented me from being able to run for about 5 years. I injured my knee and was not able to run more than 1/4 mile without significant pain. I also had knee pain that was interfering with my daily functioning . I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to run again. I started seeing Caitlin for a running injury that I had- adductor tendinitis. As upset as I was about my injury, I looked forward to going to physical therapy and working with Caitlin each week. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and makes sure to explain the “why” behind each exercise, etc. that she chooses to implement with her patients. She also does continuing education and keeps up on the latest research in PT! She quickly made me feel comfortable and confident that I would get through my injury. With her support and guidance, I did get through it and learned so much in the process

Crew Racing & Rehab is absolutely the best PT you could ask for with the athlete in mind! I ran a year and a half with an achilles pain that always haunted me and gave me so much pain that I just ran through. I finally made the decision to seek a PT to fix my issue and expected months upon months of rehab and slowing down my active life. That was wrong, within 2 weeks, my achilles was fixed! Not only did Caitlin have me NOT stop running this time and fix my initial problem, she kept working with me to fix other weak links that ultimately lead to my big achilles issue. I will NOT go anywhere else
