Auburn provides a spacious rehabilitation gym for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our enthusiastic therapy team will complete assessments and provide therapy 7 days a week. Together we will determine your individual goals to promote a strong and safe recovery to home. Specialized programs include orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, post stroke and post-surgical recovery.
We are always looking for new ways to enhance the lives of our guests and are happy to consider your suggestions. You will see our activity cart rolling through the halls daily, filled with snacks, magazines, newspaper, puzzles and an assortment of other mind stimulating games. If you enjoy spending time talking with people this opportunity would be perfect for you.
Our rehab recovery suites will provide an extraordinary stay for your post hospital rehabilitation! Auburn Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation features 6 private rehab-recovery suites. Each suite is equipped with a private half bath, individual room temperature control, and electric bed, flat screen TV with cable, phone and Wi-Fi.

I am blessed to work at this amazing facility close to home. My personal experience with another facility left me heartbroken. My goal is to make sure that our residents receive the best care possible and we provide the highest quality of life for each individual. I love my job and I love the residents at Auburn as if they were my own family.
