What a nourishing and deeply reviving experience it is to be in the capable hands of Cecilia! I feel renewed and that makes me feel like I can serve more, love more and me more myself. In these stressful times it feels really good to have found her and to have her on my wellbeing team. As a practitioner myself, being broke down and feeling empty isn’t an option if I want to show up the way I love and need to. Thank you Cecelia! Ps.. together new space is amazing!!! So beautiful! So complete!

I have been curious about Ayurveda for some time, and I finally booked my first Ayurvedic massage with Cecilia, owner and founder of East Bay Ayurveda Wellness Center. Cecilia is amazing! Although we were both fully vaccinated, I really appreciated her COVID 19 protocols given the resurgence of the Delta variant. Her space is spotless and she has numerous additional safety measures in place that put me completely at ease.
I booked a 90-minute Abhyanga massage that was so restorative and grounding. Cecilia is a very gifted massage therapist with a sure, but sensitive and intuitive touch. I found

I discovered this place while walking my dog around the neighborhood. They provide Ayurveda health consultations and massage, and sell herbal supplements, spices and ginger turmeric honey. I booked a massage two weeks after my second vaccine shot and it was very relaxing and felt therapeutic. Highly recommend.

Sometimes in life we take on more challenges than our body and mind can maintain the best balance and it becomes necessary to seek out support. I was a bit of a skeptic about the Ayurvedic Shirodhara in particular... the Abhyanga is a specific modality of massage with specific medicinal herbs, and is very therapeutic. However, Shirdohara is where warmed medicated oil is slowly poured on the head... I really could not imagine how deeply calming it has been to my entire body mind and nervous system. It has helped manage both physical pain and calm the whole mind-body system. The East Bay Ayurveda

Today's therapies included Abhyanga and Shirodhara. I had been running on fumes and was so exhausted by the time I came in for my appointment today. After an exhilarating Abhyanga and blissful Shirodhara from Cecilia, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. I was fortunate also to receive a bowl of freshly cooked Kichidi, which was delicious.
If you have not scheduled your appointment yet, I encourage you to take care of yourself by doing so.

Cecilia is a wonderful healer and soul who really cares about your wellness. I get abhyanga massages from her and it has become a vital part of my healing journey. She has a sweet and grounded energy and really lives there true privileged l principles of ayurveda. I'm so happy to have found her. They are closed during the pandemic and though I knew it helped me before, I now see it so much more. They recently moved to a bigger space and offer more services. You must check them out!

When a massage therapist works points on your chest to relieve pain in your lower back, you know your in good hands. As it is with Cecilia Fernanadez who is my first stop for my health concerns, beyond her i reach out to an herbalist in Portland Oregon. This is because when it comes to healing arts a good fit is hard to find.
Fernandez is my first choice not only because of her knowledge and skill but also her ability to relate to me as her client. she listens well, asks the right questions, and knows when to the value that quiet can have in allowing your mind to let go of your body.

I went to Cecilia Fernandez at East Bay Ayurveda to get help with an urgent health problem that no doctor at Kaiser could help me with. I’d heard of Ayurveda, but I’d never tried it before. With Cecilia’s knowledgeable guidance and support, I began an Ayurveda regimen of herbal supplements, oil massage, and modified diet. In a few weeks, my symptoms started to improve, and they improved greatly in the following months. I know the improvement was due to Ayurveda because when I started to feel better, I backed off of my regimen, and the symptoms started to come back! Once I resumed my regimen
