We have been going here for years and the food, service is always wonderful. It was no different today. Food is 4 stars

However.... The place is not well
Kept. It's dirty not just dusty. Look up at the ceiling and the vents its really disgusting, the floor is covered in grime.

The counter where the pizza is made is cluttered with non food items

Its a shame but clearly there is no pride in ownership here anymore. Not sure what is going on here anymore but not comfortable eating in a place that is so dirty who knows what the kitchen is like?

My son and future daughter-in-law invited us to try their favorite restaurant. This is where they'd like to have their Rehearsal Dinner before the wedding. The food was delicious, the staff extremely attentive, and the atmosphere warm and friendly. They treat you like family at Renzo's! Ordered a pizza and a salad at 7pm to be delivered, was told it would take 20 minutes waited until 9:10 and still never received my order, called multiple times and was told it was on the way and would be 10 mins…40 minutes later called again and was told it would be another 15 mins. I spent $40 and never got my food. I would not recommend to anyone stole my money never got my meal so I can’t even say whether the food was good or not. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the area and we’ve been eating here for many years. The reason I gave 4 stars is because trying to maneuver out of this parking lot tonight was a nightmare. Absolutely ridiculous and it’s a serious accident waiting to happen. Cars had to back out on to Federal Highway into the traffic while other cars were attempting to pull in to the restaurant. I enjoyed my dinner as always - until this nonsense.

I was astonished when I first went to Renzo's for a Birthday Party Dinner. The food is out of this world like my Grandma's cooking. I am looking forward to another delicious meal.

Placed order thru Uber Eats, Called the restaurant to confirm they do in fact deliver to Delray, they confirm yes & say my order will be here in about 50 minutes. After an hour I tried to get an up date, no one answers the phone, TWO hours after order was placed I get a call "Hey You still want that order" They had not started it. What a Garbage operation.

Noticed this place on the way to Miami few months ago and decided to come back to check it out. Meatballs were good, but the pizza was just outstanding. My boyfriend is a New Yorker and it’s hard to please him. But Renzo’s did it.

BEWARE!!! No soup in restroom! YUCK! Not even a tiny drop. No where to be seen. No sanitizer. What's the chef who is cooking and servers handling the dishes washing their hands with?! That inexcusable aspect aside, it's a dude place. Miss the original restaurant with real deal food. Everyone loves their pizza, likely because it's crispy, which it is and that's great but this is not a true Margherita in any form. It's a NY pie. Which is fine but call it what it is! There's no fresh mozz, no leopard spots, no Capitol flour, etc.

Their pizza is delicious. The choice of toppings is extensive. I prefer their thin crust and it never disappoints. With 3 sizes for the thin crust version plus a sicilian square and toppings galore, the choices are endless. Enjoy!!

My family's favourite Italian place in South Florida! The food is amazing, the staff are always so nice and accommodating. They have a more traditional dining room, a cafe style area, and outside patio dining which is amazing! We go here at least once a week that's how much we like it!

Our pizza was so yummy and they made it ninja fast. when I came inside to pick it up, I felt like the staff must have known I had a really hard day because they were all super friendly and kind!

Found the seating cramped with more the look of a pizza parlor than fine-dining. I ordered a spaghetti bolognese that was, well, lackluster. The meat had little seasoning and the tomato sauce, a bit runny, didn’t feel anything like homemade. Service was reasonable after a long wait, but luke-warm in welcoming spirit. Staff heads’ were buried in either their phones or eating in front of customers. Also lots of stacked pizza boxes and extra chairs in the corner kill the ambience. The cheese is in a big bucket uncovered in plain view by the pizza chef. Also the little glass jars with cheese on

Ordered on line. They said they never got it and then proceeded to verbally attack me when I asked for a refund. One girl said I couldn't get one, some guy making pizza yelled at me that I shave to wait for my money back. I still don't know if they processed the refund or just humored me, I guess I'll dispute the charge. There are so many fine Italian restaurants but someone told me to try Renzo's. These guys are jerks!

First impressions were you could either valet your vehicle or walk a block to a neaby liquor store parking lot and park there and walk back. Outdoor dining is within 35' of Federal Hwy where speeds reach 55 plus MPH. An odor of sewer and refuse odor as you walk through their parking lot. Out door lights hazardously Jury rigged with extension cords in the patio areas. (A violation of bldg code)
Needless to say we didn't enter and went elsewhere.

Have been going to Renzo’s since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I find their pizza to be excellent. I particularly like the onion and mushroom one. Always fresh ingredients! Today I ordered the chicken parm and I have to say it is the tastiest I’ve found down here. Great sauce! I’ll definitely be back!

After hearing from numerous people that we should try Renzo’s we decided to give it a try. We started with the stuffed artichoke which was huge and flavorful, reminiscent of my grandmother’s. We then shared a thin crust pizza which was also delicious. The food was cooked to perfection. Adding to our positive experience was the excellent service we received from our server Al. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Although this was our first visit it definitely won’t be our last!

Came to Renzo's for the first time after passing by for years; we met someone who had gone and highly recommended the food. The artichoke appetizer was outstanding, probably the best we've had! Then ordered thin pizza and it was delicious. Al was an excellent server who was attentive but not intrusive. Plan to return to try pasta dishes.

Love this restaurant! we live right by it and the delivery is so fast and food always warm. We also love to dine there because it's truly an Italian restaurant with great ambiance. Paulo, the owner always treats us well and food is always so amazing! Highly recommend!

Disgusting. My 85 year old parents had to make two trips - the second one to return a pizza - because when my father brought the pizza home to enjoy with my mother, they saw a DEAD COCKROACH with its legs up in the air, on the pizza. As if that wasn't disgusting and bad enough, and my father had to drive all the way over there again, and ruin their dinner to boot, the idiot who only met my father OUTSIDE with the money - to HIDE the fact from the other customers, perhaps - said: "It was only on top". WHAT? That it was better than if it had been baked into the dough? No apology, and

This is the absolute worst restaurant! Do not go. We bought a pizza tonight and it had a piece of wood which broke my grandmothers tooth. We went with the tooth and the piece of wood to the restaurant and they pretty much said to F off nothing they can do about it. Never ever ever go. Worst service and pizza ever

We came here with a group of people- we sat outside. We have been long time customers but it didn't make a difference. I was not too happy that the person who greeted us inside was not wearing a mask. Fortunately, we were sitting outside. We ordered pizza, salad, salmon, salad and spaghetti. We asked for garlic rolls and we got them (but only after asking). We ordered wine as well. I am not so sure how fast I would go back b/c the employee who was wearing the mask is related to the family who owns the place. It made me very uncomfortable.

As much as we have liked Renzo's, we will not being going back. It says that the staff wears masks, not true!! The staff, making the pizzas & meals do NOT wear any!! We know things, hopefulLy, are slightly better, but really... Is it too much to ask that the cooking/baking staff adhere to safety standards & protocols!!! We will be going elsewhere.

We ordered from Renzo's because my wife loves the garlic rolls, we had ordered a large pizza and an order of the garlic rolls but when the driver showed up he did not have the rolls. He apologized and explained they were not on the order, this may have happened when the very polite young lady was helping me on the phone and she took another phone call, but these things can happen. About 30 minutes later the driver showed up with an order of garlic rolls at no charge and apologized again, this is a plus customer service and another reason why we will continue to order from Renzo 's.

Renzo's is my favourite Italian ever. (If you read my reviews, you'll notice a pattern: I only review restaurants I absolutely love.) We know the owners well enough now that we get a hug when we walk in, and talk about life. I love everything I've ever had here, but almost always get the aglio, olio e peperoncino with shrimp. I'm picky about Caesar salad, and their's is awesome. Try to get a different appetiser every time, and so far, loved them all. There are two dining rooms to the restaurant, each with a different vibe.

Is there a cuisine better than Italian? Nope.

Was In Boca Visiting my mother and we decided to order some pizza and pasta.
The delivery was super quick, and the food was hot and fresh.
I LOVED the Stagioni salad and filled up mostly on that.
The Pastas were both delicious. The Spaghetti Bolognese on the menu says it has peas, but we didn't even notice them, so don't let that discourage you from ordering if you are a pea hater.
The pizza looked and smelled great. For me, it just wasn't my favorite. Can't really put my finger on it. It tasted bready, even though it was thin. I do love that it was nice a sturdy. Toppings

While on a vacation to Florida, my husband and I and 3 friends visited here for dinner and we loved it! First of all the garlic bread they give you is absolutely delicious! Then I got the fettuccini Alfredo as an appetizer and it was perfectly seasoned and amazing! Then my husband and I ordered the Quattro Formaggi pizza and it was second only to a place in Split, Croatia that we visited on our honeymoon! The atmosphere made you feel like you were in Italy, with it's beautiful murals and wine. A bonus was there was a pianist playing beautiful classical music as we ate. The service was great as
