I brought my daughter to Dr Ratcliff 20 years ago and now it was my turn to visit a podiatrist for my foot problem . Dr Ratcliff took time to explain what I injured, how to care for my injury along with exercises and proper shoe suggestions. I felt it was important to go in and get advice.
The staff was caring and kind along with Dr Ratcliff.

Dr. Ratcliff is not just a podiatrist. He is also a good foot surgeon. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and very responsive to my questions. He performed a bunionectomy on my left foot which is quite challenging due to my complex medical conditions. My bunion is gone and my left foot looks straight. I highly recommend Dr. Ratcliff and very thankful for his cares.

Dr. Ratcliff is still great! I last saw him in 2009 for plantar fasciitis and was back again this week for plantar issues with my heel. It was another very good experience as Dr. Radcliff quickly diagnosed and patiently explained my problem, offered solid advice on treatment as well as recommending proper exercises and even some the shoe options. I am very happy with the level of care from him. His office staff is very friendly and efficient, and made it easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Ratcliff.

In my first visit with Dr Ratcliff I received an honest and definitely knowledgeable assessment of my not good achilles issue. After dealing with it for > 10 years and seeing a plethora of specialists and treatments I was resigned before I walked into his office that surgery is my only realistic option if I want to resume previous activities. I appreciate I did not get the "let's start with some PT ... orthotics, ..." kinda drivel when I have already been through all of that, for years. Dr. Ratcliff explained a lot to me about the procedure he uses to treat my condition, his expereince doing it
